Fishing at Waimakariri River
After collection from your Christchurch accommodation, you will be transferred to your fishing guide and equipped with all fishing equipment and fishing license. Travel to either the Waimakariri or Rakaia rivers depending on river and weather conditions. Both rivers contain brown trout and salmon in summer months. A jet boat is used to transport you on the river from one location to another. Tour duration is approximately five hours.
