A wonderful way to see Cologne in a short amount of time! My wife and I arrived in Cologne on Saturday afternoon and departed on Sunday afternoon. We purchased this cruise for 10am Sunday morning and the timing was perfect! Very easy to find. They offer numerous foods and drinks for purchase on board. We both highly recommend ordering the waffles with hot cherries and cream! The perfect breakfast with wonderful views! A very nice cruise, first south then north of the Dom (Cathedral). If you are going to be in Cologne long enough to afford the time for a one hour cruise, you will not regret this!

We loved the cruise. On the negative side, we were not exactly sure where the cruise departed but were at the river promenade early enough to locate it. Our voucher had to be exchanged for tickets at the ticket office prior to boarding. Also it was difficult to hear the narration during the cruise. We had our own map of Cologne with us which was helpful. On the plus side, the river is lovely, and the cruise gave us a better idea of distances between landmarks. For the cost, the cruise is well-worth the time.

Good value for the relatively low price. The hour is the right amount of time for this city. The tour swings to the south from the middle point of the city, backtracks to mid-city and then swings north making another half-loop by the time it returns allowing you to see all 7 of the bridges and a lot of architecture of the city you normally wouldn't see separate from this tour. The location of the departure point is very accessible to the main attractions like the Cathedral.

Only spent a short time in Cologne and it was perfect to get an overview of the city in the time we had. The boat was very comfortable with a large deck on the roof to allow us to take plenty of photos with uninterupted views.

comfortable seating and enjoyed a coffee while cruising up and down the
rhine, but was slightly bored on the return half. Most of the interesting sights are near the city centre.

Although it was fairly inexpensive to do this tour, I would not recommend it. You ride on the boat up/down the river with an automated voice describing various attractions.

The absolute worst cruise we've been on in Europe! Several drunks crowded around us making so much noise that we couldn't hear the speaker. I complained to one of the crew members about them and it took over 20 minutes for them to respond. The drunks continued to make noise, spill drinks all over, step in front of my camera while I was trying to take pictures, and be disruptive and disrespectful. The trip was a complete waste of my time and money!!!
