took very long to drop off everyone at their hotels/residences. it states that only drop offs are to downtown Hotels, but there were actually a couple passengers that got dropped off at their houses.
As usual Van Packed all seats. Jammed 4 in the back seat unpleasant way to travel. One less in the back please.
I was initially asked to sit in one van, then moved to another van. Then, I was told it would be several minutes before we departed while we waited on other passengers. After a few minutes in 90 degree temperatures, I asked the driver to please turn on the air-conditioning. After dropping off the first passenger, it appeared the driver became lost and pulled over to ask the dispatcher for directions. Overall, it wasn't the best experience I've had.
The driver did not say a word to me other than taking my ticket. He did not speak to the other rider either. However, he did help me with my suitcases when he dropped me off. He just could have been a bit more friendly.
I would not recommend this shuttle due to not picking me up at the scheduled time. I was finally called 30 minutes later after I had already taken other transportation. If the shuttle was going to be late, they had my cell to call which was not done.
My flight did not leave until 740 and I was only 30 minutes from the airport. I was picked up at 430 in the morning! None of the drivers recognized my vouchers, so I was lucky they even picked me up!
We were misled about having a specific reservation for pick up time. There are no reservations and consequently we waited for three shuttles until it was our turn 1 hour past our 'confirmed pick-up time'.
