Because the schedule of the three lines, you have to carefully plan where you want to go to take advantage of the tour. We managed to do so and had a wonderful day.

Well worth doing - a great way to see the city in a short amount of time.

This is a very convenient way of seeing Copenhagen particularly given a very limited time.

We loved our tour! We arrived late and never would have been able to see all of Copenhagen without it!!! Thanks for the great price too!

Unfortunately, our cruise ship docked far away from the buses route, consequently the ships shuttle service took passengers to the town centre stop 13 of your Mermaid Tour. No problem boarding the bus but it then stopped at Stop 1 Starting Point, the driver informed everyone to get off and then vacated the bus himself. No one around at this point to advise customers what to do next. Waited for approx 20 minutes for another bus to arrive. It now seems obvious what the procedure is after the event but I would recommend permanent staff at Starting Point to advise customers of services. Good tour though.

The Hop-on Hop-off Tour is the best way of seeing Copenhagen if you're short on time (i.e. on cruise ships, etc.).

I ended up walking most of the city. It was everything it said it was though.

Finding the bus was a horror show. The stops where one can board should include a street address that can be shown to a policemen or citizen for directions. Always include in the website the name of the stop and the address. Once the bus was located and we were aboard, the tour was excellent.

Good coverage of the city - liked the individual earphones system, but the crossover from other languages did make it a bit difficult to hear clearly.

I took the trip on a Sunday and tour stopped very early in the afternoon. It was a struggle to check out of my hotel and get to the tour bus before the last trip of the afternoon.
