Palafolls Marineland

Palafolls' Marineland, located between the Costa Brava and the Maresme coast, combines a Dolphinarium with a Marine Zoo and an Aquatic Park. That's two parks in one, great for the whole family!

The marine zoo section includes a Dolphinarium, which has been one of the most successful in Europe at breeding these wonderful creatures. There are regular dolphin and sea lion shows, as well as others featuring free-flying parrots and birds of prey. In addition, there are several collections of underwater creatures indigenous to the Catalan area.

In the water park there are a wide range of swimming pools and water slides, including the rather scary-sounding Black Hole and Kamikaze. For the smaller kiddies, there's a special Children's Water Park. There are also plenty of open green spaces to relax in. So whether you want to splash around yourself or just leave that to the dolphins, the park is well worth a visit.
