The pick up was fine. I would request that the drivers speak a small amount of English it makes the trip a bit more friendly.
On the return, I happen to have called, because my prior experience with Viator is that you notify the riders the night before at our hotel on the pick up times. When I called the in-country number the gentleman initially said I did not have a reservation, but once I gave him my trip code he found it. All drivers were very timely, which I appreciate. I look forward to my next trip or transport with your company.

They were there to pick us up from the airport and they got us back to the airport on time. That's all that matters.

Very friendly. They were there on time and it was easy to find at the airport. The guide gave us a crash course about San Jose which made the ride more enjoyable.

airport transfer is the best way to go! no hassle, right at both airport and return on schedule, excellent drivers Only way to go!!! Nice roomy vans!!!
