San Jose City Tour

Today, you will enjoy sightseeing the city of San Jose. Your first visit, is to the magnificent Opera House. The pride and joy of Costa Rica, this century old cultural symbol represents an important era of its history.

Discover the heritage of Costa Rica at the National Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, a former military fort, turned into a museum as an example of this country's peaceful tradition. It features a stunning gold, jade, stone and pottery collection.

Continuing the tour, an overview of the University of Costa Rica and other various sites of interest including residential houses and a market place.

Please Note: Museums are closed on Mondays and the National Theatre is closed on Sundays.
