The excursion was well organized, and the guide was funny and informative. We really enjoyed it. We weren't sure if lunch was included, though, and it wasn't. A disabled customer who arrived at the pickup wasn't accepted. The guide was upset that he could not take her. But then we saw some disabled people there, as well as kids in pushchairs. Maybe your website should be more clear about who the tour operator will and will not take.

The Alhambra and gardens were fantastic and a historical treasure. The guide was knowledgeable and made the experience great - even if partly in the rain. There was little time to see anything more of the town and the shops were closed for siesta. If we had it to do over again, we would have purchased guided tour tickets and drove there ourselves to have a longer day with shopping and dinner in this great city!

Alhambra was magnificent although the tour was in the mist. The English guide was informative except the coach tour guide should improve his appearance.

Enjoyed the tour of the palace. Our local tour guide was excellent.

A really interesting day at the Alhambra with an excellent guide. Two comments, not criticisms just points of information. Three hours non stop was a bit difficult for older members of the tour. How about a coffee break during the tour? I would also have liked to have seen the cathedral in Granada and wondered if it could have been included after lunch. Well organised other than those comments, many thanks.

Overpriced for basically a trip to the Alhambra. Was far less money with other tour companies. Paying this amount with other companies would have included lunch.

The Alhambra and Generalife Gardens were pretty, but I think it was a long trip and not really worth it. Plus, our tour guide was a very poor speaker so we had trouble understanding him. In addition, our bus had no air-conditioning, and it was unbearably hot inside the bus. So, a bad guide and no a/C made for a poor experience.

The trip itself was wonderful and fascinating. The guide and driver were very nice, but apparently very unorganized. They arrived almost two hours late. Everyone up and down the coast was apparently told to be on the highway waiting for the bus at the same time, so we had some very unhappy people. We gave up and returned to our time share, then hiked up to the office and had them call. No one answered the phone. I happened to have the guide's cell phone number because of an earlier problem, so they called him directly for me. He explained they had a problem and were late and if we go back they would wait for us. We hiked all the way back, missed each other, eventually after a couple of miles hiking at 630 am found the bus and left. There were still a couple of stops after ours, so some really mad people. The Alhambra was a fantastic experience even though we got a local guide who was so softspoken we could hardly hear him. Luck of the draw. The stop in Granada was a waste of time and pointless. They let us out downtown, where one store was open because it was siesta time, and we wandered for an hour and then got back on the bus and left. Not enough time to really do or see anything, better to have just returned home. Also, at the end of the trip they wouldn't drop us off in front of our place, but left us at the gas station down the street, so we had a long hilly walk home at the end of a long day.

Tour guide wasn't very good and not friendly. Didn't address questions.

A long weary day, 8 hours on a bus, we never got to Alcazaba. Guide knowledgeable but difficult to follow. We arrived in Granada just in time for siesta, everything was closed.

We were in a group of English speakers with 30 people and only one tour guide. The French-speaking group had two people for one tour guide. The groups should have been divided more equally. There was no way to enjoy the sights and listen to the guide with so many people. Also, we ended up having to wait for a group who had somehow purchased lunch through another tour operator. They took an extra 45 minutes eating, so the rest of us just had to wait around until they were done. This resulted in our only being able to spend about 20 minutes in Granada. The tour guide was unwilling to give us more time in Granada, even though it was his fault we were waiting around! He was extremely rude about the whole situation.

The main guide was good but local guide was not. He did not wait for all customers to get into an attraction.

We had a long travel day and then getting into the palace and gardens was a problem, so the guide took us to the city of Granada to shop and have lunch. Then, when we returned to the palace, we still had to wait for a long time. We actually waited from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. I felt like this was unacceptable and not worth the high price I paid for this tour.

The bus was very late picking up all the passengers. They do not give you an accurate pick up time - some people waited for as long as an hour to be picked up.
