Although our plane was approximately one hour late, the driver was there as advertised with the sign displaying our name. The driver was courteous and the van large enough to accommodate the five of us along with our luggage. Although the hotel is a short ride, the service is well worth the price.

We were told that the driver would speak English and he didn't. On time and well worth the price, though.

The cost of the pickup versus taking a taxi was over the top. The driver was waiting for us; however, he drove extremely fast and quite recklessly and then tried to deliver us to the wrong hotel. His English was limited, so I showed him our reservation that had the hotel on it. He was agitated. Not a good way to arrive in a new country. He did take us to the correct hotel, but he wasn't happy about it. We took a taxi back, and it only cost €11, so I wonder why I used the Viator pickup and wasted my money.
