The tour of Tangier New City and the Casbah was terrific and very well handled. The lunch was great and the musicians were wonderful. On the other hand, I wasn't too thrilled with having to deal with the required marketing of carpets and herbs.

this is a good tour, just be aware that part of it is going to pre-arranged shops with high prices, and you're meant to drive a mean bargain. We would have preferred time to shop on our own.

This tour was very enjoyable with an excellent tour guide in Morocco. It was a very good value for the money. Our only complaint was that we were not picked up on the scheduled day despite confirming the date, exact location, and pick up time the day before. The company did offer to take us the next day, however, and we are very glad that our schedule allowed us to rebook. My only complaint with the tour itself is that I would have preferred a chance to attend the real market rather than the sales pitches in the carpet and spice stores. Otherwise, the bus tour upon arrival in Tangiers was excellent, as was the walk through the Medina and the lunch. Overall, a very worthwhile experience.

We left from Malaga and had to catch a cab to meet the bus and also to get back to our hotel. We were not told this till the day before the trip, this was disappointing. Morocco was amazing. Would have liked to spend more time shopping and not being taken to the spice and rug shops where obviously the tour operator has a deal going with the owners and the goods are way overpriced. One souvenir was 20 euro in Spain, exactly the same thing cost 100 euro in the rug shop.

Cost of drinks in restaurant should be included in price.

The only complaint I have is that about 2 hours was spent in involuntary shopping. A half hour should be enough for souvenirs etc. I would have preferred more sightseeing. Otherwise the trip was very good and well worth it.

Tangier was a lovely place, much different from what I expected. Riding the camels was fun. The food very good. It was a great experience.

Tour bus was on time. Enjoyed the sightseeing tour, camel ride walking tour and lunch was wonderful! But the stop at the rug shop and constant beggars was a bit much. Would rather have spent the last few minutes shopping at our leisure without the pressure of street beggars. Delete the rug shop stop completely!

A great day out - only problem was pick up. We confirmed pick up point the day before but no bus appeared at agreed location the next morning. After waiting half an hour, we got message from hotel that bus was waiting at road end about 1 mile away and had to make mad dash by car to meet bus, so not a good start.
Good local guide in Tangiers but all a bit rushed at end. Could have cut the time we spent in approved shopping area to let us look elsewhere.
We enjoyed our day trip to Tangier very much. Our only complaint was that it took much longer to arrive than it should have. I believe we were waiting for an open port, so we were on the ferry for a good 2.5 hours. Once we landed, we had a fascinating experience. Such a unique culture, different people, and amazing food. Our tour guide was informative and friendly, our tour was well organized, and our itinerary was a pleasure. This was my second time booking through Viator, and I would do it again!

This is a perfect way to dip your toe in Africa. Everything was done well, we can't really complain about anything. I liked the bus tour through Tangier and its surrounding areas. We had a nice lunch. It was a good day trip, our guides did a good job.

Worth the price. You get picked up and they take care of everything.

For the cost it was a good trip. The only negative is being subject to "shopping", otherwise, it was great seeing the medina in Tangier and eating a nice Moroccan lunch.

The trip itself was very informative and interesting. The buses were comfortable and the guides friendly and knowledgeable. However, calling the high pressure rug sales at the end of the trip, the shopping portion of the excursion was misleading. That is the only part of the tour I did not enjoy.

Very convenient pick up. Well organised, but we would have appreciated a longer time after lunch. We were expecting a full 13 hour tour and would have appreciated the actual leaving time before we left. I think the carpet talk could be missed out. We would have liked to visit the Sultan's garden instead. But the herbal shop was great.
