What You Can Expect
After your 15-minute tour, hop aboard your comfortable coach and head to the western side of Cozumel on a scenic drive. Take in the Caribbean views from Cozumel’s uninhabited side, making a quick stop en route at El Mirador — a vista point with fantastic photo ops. When you’ve completed your route around the island, arrive at Playa Mia Grand Beach and Water Park for about two hours of fun in the sun.
Enjoy the best of Cozumel at this top-notch facility, which offers a range of activities for all ages. This famous beach park is the ideal place to swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean, sunbathe on the white-sand beach and have a blast in the pools at the water park. Take the kids to Buccaneer’s Bay with a lagoon pool, which includes a pirate ship, water canons, water sprays and animal slides. Make a splash on the 200-foot (61-meter) long Twin Twister waterslides, check out the Floating Park or head to the underwater Mayan city.
With unlimited non-alcoholic beverages from the still drinks fountain included, relax with your favorite drink at the Oasis Island pool and Hydro-massage tub. When you’re hungry, enjoy an international buffet at La Velaria Restaurant, where you’ll find a variety of salads, side dishes, entrées such as Veracruz-style fish fillet, roasted suckling pig, barbecue chicken and beef fajitas, and last but not least, dessert.
After Playa Mia, take a short ride to Discover Mexico Park, where you’ll spend about 45 minutes. During a four-screen video-collage presentation of Mexico’s culture and history, enjoy lively and rousing images from all over the country, including the Riviera Maya, Oaxaca and Chihuahua. Explore the on-site Museum of Popular Art and follow the architectural evolution of Mexico as you walk through replicas of Chichén Itzá, other Aztec and Mayan pyramids, monuments built during the Spanish colonial era and the elegant boulevard of Mexico City’s Paseo de la Reforma.
Your tour ends with drop-off in the late afternoon at the original departure point.

Excellent tour. Allowed us to see a bit of Mexico in a short time. The Kids loved Playa Mia Beach Park!
It was really excellent. Oscar, our guide was an inexhaustible well of information during our tour of Cozumel. The tour began on time, and continued, all day, in an orderly, informative way. When my wife and I left Cozumel, in the evening, we felt that we had been given a very good idea of the life of Cozumel, it's past, and what lies ahead for it in the future. I especially enjoyed Playa Mia Resort. So much that when I got inside the resort, I went and bought a swimsuit right away. I took one look at the ocean and surf and dashed for the nearest store selling trunks! I had forgotten what salt water felt, and tasted like. The coastal part of the tour made me want to come back there soon. The tequila tour was real fun. I left there with a warm buzz on, from the tasting time. I think my wife and I will be returning for a longer stay in the near future! My parting comment is " Come to Cozumel, and savor the island's many scents and tastes! ".
This was an excellent trip. The guide was brilliant with history and we put many pieces to the puzzle together regarding the Mayan people. The Island tour was very scenic. Playa Mia was the best beach we visited in the Islands. The facilities and activities are second to none. Thank you
Our guide was very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable of the area, especially the Mayan ruins. The departure place was a little difficult to find, but we just kept asking for directions. Only a short 5 minute walk. Love having just two other passengers on our semi-private tour...........
Our tour was a great experience for a good value. It was everything it was promised to be.

The tour of the ruins were the best. Not much of an island tour since we only past by where there was nothing only the ocean and a few vendors. Very disappointed with the Playa Mia Beach. The water was a bit murky and if you were not careful you would fall since the shoreline looks like it was man-made. Only wet my feet that was it.
Worst trip, not well planned. Not worth of money paid.It is not worth even 25 dollars.Buffet lunch was very bad quality. We never expected like this trip from Viator.
Very poor planning , The bus Ac is not working , we lost time in changing
with 4 hours time not planned properly to give a max time to water park . Kids are totally disappointed.
This tour can be improved , by covering the first waterpark and bus should show a video of the proposed tour , Then some will join the rest of the tour if interested
