This was a fantastic tour! We travel often and mostly do guided excursions. We saw saltwater crocodiles, snorkeling (not near the crocs), Myan ruins, beautiful beaches (the drinks are pricey), and a fun ride in 4x4 Rhino. Guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke good English

Excellent tour! Saw many things like salt water crocodiles, a nurse shark, Myan ruins, gorgeous beaches, and a cute hammock spot. Driving the 4x4's was super fun. My whole family had an awesome time. Great value and better memories.

The guides were funny and interacted with my whole family! They was very accomodating and made everyone feel welcome. The scenery was gorgeous and not only do you ride in Rhinos, but you also stop at a cool lighthouse and crocodile pit. Unfortunately we didn't have too much time to relax in the hammocks, but that's one of the reasons why it's called an Adventure tour right?
Don't forget your motion-sickness pills if you get sick while snorkeling. You also need to be comfortable swimmer because you swim about a mile out with fins to snorkel (no boat). Also, the place where everyone picks up their Rhino is filled with mosquitos during the summer so make sure you slather on that repellent!

First, I would like like to express my thanks to Hernan. He did an excellent job of taking care of us. He made us feel as if we were the most important people on the tour. He was very safety conscious, personable, and knowledgeable. The tour in general met our expectations. I would say a person should have prior experience and be in pretty good shape to do the snorkeling. All of the equipment was in good shape and plenty of iced water was provided. One last comment , Hernan is an asset to company. His love of his job and genuine caring attitude comes through loud and clear.

It was required that you call and confirm your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Even with the telephone numbers listed, I was not able to get a hold of anyone to do so. Neither the local Mexican number or the International number worked. I called Viator and was able to talk to someone in person, which was very nice. They sent an email to the tour company and there were no problems with the confirmation. When my wife and I arrived, we were told that there would not be a 4x4 UTV (side by side ATV) available. They did however put us in a Jeep/Snorkel tour and provided us with lunch afterwards. We were originally disappointed but after it was all done. I think the Jeep actually worked out better. Reason being we actually got to see more of the Island vs. just the atv area. With the Jeep you could run the paved roads as well as go anywhere the atv's went. This is not by any means a hard core Atv or 4x4 excursion. Overall, my wife and I had a great time and would recommend this trip. Do the Jeep and Not the ATV!

We had a fantastic time. Our guide was wonderful. Not only did we have snorkeling and the rhino experience, the guide was very savvy on history and explained about pirating and culture. An unexpected bonus may I say. Safety was a key aspect and although that's important, the rhino experience was a little too slow and boring for my adult children. It was not really 'off road', just a dirt road, so not that exciting. But the snorkeling was a good combination with this as it took off the road dust! Anyhow, a fun experience enjoyed by all. I would recommend doing this.
