ready and waiting. friendly and very clean.
We had an airport transfer with Viator through Elite when we arrived and when we left. On each occasion the driver was on time, friendly, and the van was very clean and spacious. The price was very fair and I have no complaints whatsover.
Picked us up and we were the only ones. Great travel to the airport and very helpful.
Pick up at hotel was right on time and arrived at airport in plenty of time for check in.

Friendly, efficient and helpful. Driver even offered to stop for us to take a photo of a view we wanted.
Very pleasant driver who spoke good English. Prompt. Unfortunately there was no indication that he was our driver so we sat in the foyer of our hotel whilst he was already there - luckily we had plenty of time.
The transfer service was on time both on pick up and drop off. The staff were not very friendly however I think this is just the general nature of the people along with the language barrier.
