Driver arrived at hotel at time scheduled.
Although not important, we were unaware there is a $10.00 surcharg to be paid to the driver for a 'nighttime transfer' since our pick-up was at 6:30 AM. The driver told us this is a charge for all transfers when customers are picked-up before 7:00 AM.
I don't recall seeing this indicated when I pre-paid the original transfer on-line.

Mr. Nelson provides a great service that's much cheaper than a taxi.
