Clean car and very kind driver. Educated us while driving to the hotel on the area and culture. gave great advice on where to eat and what to see while in Cusco!
Very straight forward
Our driver was Spanish speaking and we got by with our limited Spanish and his limited English!
When we returned to Lima I could not book a airport pick up for that day
So book early as the system seems to require 48 hours notice
The efficient, friendly Transport Team were waiting for us when we arrived. They helped us fill out the paperwork to retrieve our luggage our airline didn't transfer when we connected to our Cusco flight. As we drove to drop everyone off at their respective hotels, Mijhael went over our itineraries and provided insights to the city. He even went the additional step of checking us in to our hotel as we sipped the soothing warmth of coca tea in the lobby. It was a much appreciated VIP service for two weary travelers. Highly recommend this service to make your arrival to Cusco a warm welcome.

Picked me up early and got me to the airport with time to spare. No worries.
We arrived and there they were waiting for us, perfectly on time even though our flight was delayed. Everything was taken care of very professionally. We felt well cared for.
This group provided GREAT service. They were punctual and extremely helpful. The representative even pointed out certain streets and sites within downtown Cusco, that I was able to go back and check out on my own.
Very good. Not just a taxi, but there was also a guide who gave a little introduction to the city on the way to our hotel.
Our guide was waiting for us at the airport and took excellent care of us!
The guide was super friendly, they were on time and made my life much easier!
Very smooth operation. They were waiting with my name on a board outside the arrivals terminal. The transfer company is also the tour operator for my tour to Machu Picchu the following day. En route to my hotel, they were giving me details for the MP trip which ensured a smooth pickup early the next morning.
Transportation was easily view-able and on-time. Glad we used them.
After collecting your luggage, you have to go outside the terminal to find/get your transport there's a specific area to the left of the main doors. Viator/Viajes Pacifico had a yellow sign with our names on it. There was a driver and a coordinator. This was shared transportation, and unlike the other airport transfers where we ended up being the only ones, we had to wait for others to get their luggage and make their way to the van. We also had to drop off people on the way to our hotel. It took a bit longer, but we really didn't mind - it gave us a chance to see more of the city. It took about 1.5hrs from getting our luggage at the airport to getting to our hotel lobby - not bad. The van was not able to stop right outside our hotel the road was closed to vehicular traffic after 12pm, so the coordinator walked with us the short distance to our hotel, helping us with our luggage, ensuring we got to our hotel safely. Just in time when altitude sickness started to set in, but that's a different story.
The Viajes Pacifico representative met us at the baggage claim. Later we realized that it was a porter working for tips. We travel lightly and prefer to handle our own luggage. The transportation service was cost effective and efficient. The representative also explained other tours available during our stay in Cusco. We later booked one of the tours through Viator and were very pleased.
Although this was just for an airport transfer to the hotel, we were concerned about that portion of our trip. Viatour was great. We were met alm ost at the gate in Cusco, taken directly to the van and dropped at our hotel. Very efficient and professional.
