Very prompt pick up and drop off at the airport, even though it was a shared transfer (sometimes these take forever, but this was very quick way to get to the airport). Highly recommended!

The representive did not drive the van to the hotel consequently leaving us to walk down a hill with the luggage. However, once at the airport he was very helpful with assisting at the ticket counter.

Our ride was late picking us up and had many passengers to pick up afterwards, so we almost missed our flight. They insisted on carrying our luggage in, which delayed us further and then demanded we tip them for the service. A taxi would have been quicker and easier.
