Journey through the beautiful south Bohemian countryside on a full day trip from Prague. Interwoven with little villages and romantic ponds, your first stop this morning is the Hluboka Castle. The castle was rebuilt in the spirit of the romantic English Gothic style, based on the royal Windsor Castle. You'll be able to admire the magnificent collections of furniture, tapestries, porcelain, paintings and historical weapons.
After lunch visit Holasovice, a typical village in the rural Baroque style which is on the UNESCO heritage list. You'll then continue to the South Bohemian metropolis of Ceske Budejovice with its unique historic square, lined up with Renaissance and Baroque houses and dominated by the Black Tower.
