Driver turned up early, insisted on carrying all our bags into the car and helping us girlies feel like royalty! Same on arrival at the airport, he made sure we were taken inside the terminal, not just 'dumped' outside to find our own way.

Excellent. Picked us up at the allocated time. Drive knew which terminal to go to but when we arrived he came with us into the building just to double check we were at the correct location. He also helped with the luggage, all you can ask for with an airport transfer.

I was advised of pickup time by text - brilliant!! Met at the hotel, transported to the airport with no fuss, and it was a fantastic, fast, efficient service - would definitely recommend to those who don't want to hassle with public transport or pay too much in a cab.

CONTRARY TO OUR BUDAPEST TRANSFER, THIS TRANSFER WAS EXCELLENT. THE DRIVER ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL 5 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME. THE DRIVE TO THE AIRPORT INCLUDED A DETAILED HISTORY OF THE AREAS WE PASSED ON OUR WAY. AT THE AIRPORT, HE GOT A WAGON FOR OUR LUGGAGE, ESCORTED US INTO THE TERMINAL AND EVEN CHECKED WHERE AND WHEN FLIGHT CHECK IN WOULD BEGIN. HE CERTAINLY MADE OUR DEPARTURE LESS STRESSFUL!

Terrible service - the driver wouldn't speak to us, just gesticulated rudely. He dumped us outside to airport and went on his way. I was expecting so much more from what others had written about their experience.
