it was there as planned, i was there as planned, the other riders were outside waiting as planned, and we all made it to the airport - without a hitch ! Good planning !

There were no problems finding the courtesy phone after baggage reclaim and the Supershuttle arrived very swiftly following the call. The driver was good, helpful and polite.
The tranfer was very efficient and at a great price, the driver was very helpfull and friendly even suggesting a shortcut to avoid the trafic to get me to my hotel quicker. Excellent service.
The driver was not only courteous, he also gave a fun guided tour of Dallas as we headed into the city.
The driver was very friendly and polite. The service was quite fine and I got to my hotel with no trouble at all. The only thing I did find tiring was driving around all the different terminals to pick up other passengers, which took another 20 mins - my plane landed at 10:30 PM or something, and I only got to my hotel pretty late and I was tired. The next time, I would make an appointment withe the shuttle service.
The pick up process was a bit painful, took quiet awhile to be picked up and after a very long flight I think I would have preferred to have just jumped in a taxi - I was also the last person to be dropped off.
I called and was told where to go and that was the easy part. When I showed up, the driver couldn't find my name and it sounded like I had signed up incorrectly because I went to a website and received a voucher... I didn't go to the SuperShuttle site itself and get a pass and it sounded like I had done it wrong. Seemed like the drivers were getting confused on who was picking up who and they sounded frustrated with each other. Driving to the hotel was OK - a bit like NYC cabbies but not as bad!
Insisted on picking us up earlier than required for an internal flight but overall ok. Also, sometimes these shuttles are too crampted
We spent a good hour circling the Dallas airport looking for other passengers before we even left for our hotel. All in all, while the service is quite convenient, it would have been quicker to catch a taxi.
The shuttle took about 45 minutes to show up and then about the same time to get to the hotel, which I assume was satisfactory. The driver was pleasant and polite. So overall it was as expected.
There was an empty van there at 3:20 whose driver said we would have to wait for the 3:30 van however no other van showed up until 4:00.
The trip from the airport was perfect. The trip back was far more painful to organize as the booking was made within a day of travel which caused an overly long phone call to sort out.
The phone system at the airport was not working, when i managed to get through the lady was rude and because of this i didn't feel she completed my booking correctly. I waited over an hour for the shuttle and would have been waiting longer if not for someone else who miraculously went in the same direction..... They left a single female on the curb side of a major international airport for over an hour.... SAFETY PEOPLE! My issue is with the phone service, I was also trasferred times before getting through to the rude lady who didn't do her job. The driver was great though.
No one bothered to tell me that it would take 2 1/2 hours to get from the air port to the Fort Worth fairgrounds. I didn't need a tour of Dallas. Other transportation modes I have taken took from 35 to 45 minutes. Thanks for causing me to miss my scheduled appointment.
Took 45 mins to an hour to arrive after we'd called to let them know we were at the airport. Not the drivers fault, he was very nice.
The booking over the phone was easy but when I arrived, the driver was impatient and rude. He was given the wrong address for the holiday inn express and he kept blaming me. He was mad and had to reroute vis his GPS. I was nervous that he wouldn't drive me to the right hotel. When we finally made it, he took out my luggage, never said a word when I handed him a pretty nice tip. Why I tipped him, I will never know...
