Fantastic tour, we had a bus full of young fun loving people and we had a ball. Mel was our driver/guide and she showed us all of the amazing waterfalls and swimming holes, she told us about the termite mounds and other features of the outback. The food was fresh and plentiful. Dinner the first night was a BBQ with steaks, sausages and salads with lots of wine. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to explore the beautiful water holes and waterfalls. I would definitely recommend this tour but take the Aerogard, good walking shoes and sunblock. There is a lot of climbing up rocky hills at Litchfield.
I enjoyed the amazing wild nature. I recommend this camping adventure tour if you like camping and want be in the wild. Kal was a great tour guide. When I got dehydrated, he helped me. Thanks a lot!
Awesome adventure with 4WD bringing into really away from main stream camps..
this safari was just what we expected and much more Brad: the cook, guide, and "full of information" guy.
The company top class the indigenious experience amazing and so informative.
I highly recommend this adventure to all .
The vehicle was comfortable, the food was tasty and plentiful, the scenery amazing and the guide (Jarred) was lovely. I would thoroughly recommend this tour as it was a great 'taste test' of the top end and the tour managed to fit in a lot: Indigenous rock art, basket weaving, spear throwing, bush walking, swimming in waterfalls and a boat tour of a billabong teaming with birds, crocodiles, and beautiful scenery. The 'camping' was comfortable with proper beds, toilets and hot showers. Our group was a great group of happy, friendly people with a cross section of ages and nationalities. Everyone was happy to pitch in to help when needed, which ensured that a good time was had by all. We are already planning another trip to the top end, so we can explore some of the places we visited more fully. Thanks to our guide Jarred for a wonderful experience too. Cheers Marlene and Peter (Perth)
The whole thing was amazing... we had great weather and a good guide...
I am very satisfied with this tour. Thanks for our guide, I enjoyed this trip so much. We swam in the natural pool, we saw wild animals, we enjoy BBQs, and we felt ancient histories.
It was a fantastic experience for me and my friend. Our guide Luke Malady was so attentive, so easy to deal with and to talk to! Everything was well planned, the weather was fine, all in all - great time in Northern Territory.
Terrific Tour. Our guide was friendly, efficient and well informed. The National Parks were superb. The food was healthy and tasty.
A ton of fun w amazing views. Guide Adam was great. Campsites were better than expected with wash facilities, tents, beds. You cover a ton of sites onthis tour, yet you are not too rushed. Enjoyed that the trip required a little bit of physical activity to get to some of the waterfalls. With that said, the website was insufficient in warning people about this. Also, food quality was good, though at times portions were small. Bring some extra snacks and some money to keep yourself hydrated. Truck could use some updating. Very good value for money, would gladly do it again.
So beautiful places! The tour is pricy but as everything here. WOA is an experienced company, good campsites, excellent food, should allow more time for meals and JJ Falls. Negative: have to carry cash to take ferry for twin falls and wasn't advertised. Impossible to hear the guide on the back seats
An excellent tour. Our guide, Annaliese, was capable, knowledgeable, helpful and kept us in action all the time. The group size (7) was especially good. We saw everything expected - PLUS. Perfect weather and an air conditioned bus certainly helped.
Tour was really informative and showed us a side of the NT and Kakadu we could not have seen on our own. I was disappointed that Jim Jim and Twin falls were not open and thought that this could have been made clearer in the description. The substituted cultural experience near Fogg dam was a fantastic but unexpected inclusion though. The camp at Jabiru was also not included on the itinerary and was more civilised and noisy, especially early in the morning, than I had hoped for.
Lots of driving which can be fun with the right guide, unfortunately our guide was possibly the most boring I've ever had... pointing out the same trees over and over isn't interesting... we asked for music eventually and got a strange mix dad music. Food and tents very good though!
The trip was nice, but the guide was very bad. She told us too less about the landscape and the parks itself. She drove very well but her service was quite bad.
Good fun trip. I'm used to independent travel and budget trips, but if you are used to guided tours and prefer someone else to plan your trip then this is the tour to do.
This was a tour lacking in organization, consideration of guests, and lacking appropriate standards of cleanliness and hygiene. There were no maps or your brochures, no adequate daily briefing, campsite facilities were dirty, permanent tents OK but dirty and with mouldy pillows provided.
