A god way to get the Kay of the town. Several good places to hop off. The military museum was fantastic!
Friendly, helpful drivers. The bus tour was just the right length and speed and the stops were great.
Was great went to all important places of interest and timing of buses spot on also drivers very good at there job
Excellent value. Went to the military museum which was really good and a great tour of the town.
However, we came on a cruise ship and were told by the local bus company that the tour bus didn't pick up at the dock, which was a blatant lie to get us to pay them for a trip into town. The bus both picks up and drops off at the dock so if you arrive on a cruise just wait outside the gate and the bus will arrive.
A thoroughly enjoyable and informative trip. Just the thing to do on a hot, humid Darwin day.
We had a very informative driver who you could tell loved his job and went out of his way to tell us the story of Darwin. Bloody hot and humid though - nice to be on the top of a double decker bus!
Best part of our trip to Darwin! Driver was so knowledgeable and helpful. Felt like we got to know the city of Darwin really well and could plan where we wanted to return and explore some more. The museum and art gallery is highly recommended.
The best way to see Darwin when time is limited. Very friendly and accommodating drivers
The bus drivers were so knowledgeable and helpful, they made the tour truly memorable
We thoroughly enjoyed our Hop-on Hop-off Experience. Found the commentary interesting. It was clear and precise. Great way to experience Darwin when only have a couple of days in the City. Annette
For the time and route available, the bus trip was excellent and MOST informative. The actual driver of the bus was also most helpful and provided some info " highlights" on places worth spending time at".
Very good value for money. Worth the money. Got to visit lots of great attractions in a limited time. Clean buses. Good commentary. Great advice from driver to get out at each thing, see it. Then catch the next bus . One every 30 mins. They stopped at wharf where cruise ship was berthed. One strange stop was halfway up a hill from the marina. A skinny footpath beside a high bank with a fence on top. Couldn't go anywhere there, then across the road was an apartment block. A stop for nowhere. Could have better signposts for stops in city itself. Almost missed the bus because I was on the wrong side of the intersection having come across two streets from the mall. Definitely would recommend this hop on off bus.
The trip itself was good . the driver was very helpful. Gave us a overview of Darwin as we were only there for 6 hours off a cruise ship. Only suggestion I have is the pickup at the Port there was no shelter and we waited about 20 mins in the heat.
We really enjoyed it, and the commentary and bus drivers were friendly and helpful.
We would have liked accessible bus departure times at the pick up points so we knew when the buses were coming.
A very informative tour to get our bearings in the city before setting off on our own. The hop-on hop-off feature enabling us to visit the museum and military museum was great. Very friendly, helpful drivers. Would highly recommend this tour.
Had great and inforrmative time on the bus. Hop on and off is a great idea for visitors to your city.
A good chance to get to see some of the highlights of Darwin and to get a feel for the city. I stayed on the bus for the whole tour the first time I went on it, then got off at various points the second time around. The fact that your ticket is valid for 24 hours is also a bonus. The recorded commentary provided is informative and I found the drivers friendly and helpful.
Bit disappointed, buses stopped earlier than was stated. Only had one on for the day usually 2 buses, therefore had to wait extra time.
