They were on time. Make sure though that you go at their suggested time. I had a 6 A.M. flight and chose 4:00 A.M. pick up. I should have taken the 3:00 AM shuttle like they suggested, Almost missed my flight but that was entirely my fault. They had to pick somebody else after me, in the sticks. The driver rushed and got me there in time.
Driver had a little problem finding the Denver Place, but used her phone to find us. Very nice and got us quickly to the Airport.
The driving service to the airport was enjoyable. The driver was full of helpful hints and made the trip seem short even though there was an excessive amount of traffic.e
The driver came into the hotel, since I was not at the entrance that he pulled up to. He was most resourseful. I appareciated it. There was horrendous traffic, due to a 15,000 people race in downrtown. He knew the fastest and best way to drive around the path of the race. Overall experience was excellent.
Driver arrived early, was courteous and drove us safely to the airport.
Everything about the experience was positive. The vans were on time, and the drivers were courteous and helpful. The call alerting me as to the imminent arrival of the van was appreciated. Thumbs up!!
Price was right driver was on time. Trip to the airport involved more pick-ups than I'd prefer but understand that's the deal with shuttles. I departed about an hour earlier than had I taken a taxi - to save money not time. But I'll use you again.
Driver went to pick up additional passenger but went miles out of way as put wrong address in GPS. Wasted about 20 minutes. Not good.
There was a little confusion as to how to get to the airport. That was the only thing. I and another couple got there on time however, the routes during rush hour need to be planned better.
I had a hard time finding which shuttle went to my hotel. The shuttle was packed and I could barely get to the back row and I am not a large person.
they only had 1 person to get slip to get shuttle should not take 45 minutes to get a slip. they guy that helped me said someone called in sick and the manager would not call in someone. Also the guy told me that Viator did NOT set up a return time and I had to call to set up. So i called when i got the hotel and sat on hold for 44 minutes with Viator and they nice person i spoke to told me that Viator did set it up. the guy at the airport was wrong. I even sent the shuttle an email and still not received a response from them which shows they do not care about customer service. NEVER USE THIS SHUTTLE AGAIN. THEY ARE WORTHLESS
I was notified that there was no shuttle service to the airport on June 1..
Shuttle was late without a phone call to inform me of what the situation was. Sent yellow cab to the wrong pickup address which made it more late.
