Great service, easy to find at airport. However they did give us the wrong phone number to call in order to organize our return transfer to the airport, so our hotel found their number for us.

Viator was suggested to me by the vacation outlet that I purchased the all-inclusive trip through. The normal transportation provided by the resort had no availability so Viator was able to fill the gap with regards to transportation. I waited about 30 minutes at the airport and then went on a very fast and hot no AC ride to the resort. On the return trip the shuttle broke down on the side of the road. I have to give props to the shuttle service because they had contacted a back up vehicle which arrived within minutes. We got to the airport on time.

Tip: Have 2 copies of the transfer voucher - one for when you arrive and one for when you leave. Tip 2: make sure you know well in advance what time the transfer from the hotel back to the airport is going to pick you up. As we arrived in Punta Cana it was obvious that the airport knew what they were doing. A guy came up to us and took our bags and asked who our transfer was with. I told them Viator and he took me right to the Viator booth, asked for the voucher, found our driver the driver had our name on a sign waiting for us and then took us to the van. Make sure to tip! The van was older and eventually the air conditioning caught up to the heat. But we were so excited to see the countryside that we barely noticed. Please note that all drivers in the DR drive unlike Americans. You may feel they are driving crazy but it is just their style. If you have back problems or are a cranky kind of person, I would recommend just avoiding Punta Cana all together. You need to have a carefree attitude to enjoy this kind of trip. So, if you are a complainer stay home, they won't want you anyway.

Definitely worth doing except for the return trip. I called to confirm my return transportation to the airport, and I never received a call back as to when I should be ready to leave for the airport. The driver came and waited 10 minutes, according to the reception person, and then he left. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the airport. So in essence I paid double.

The customer service could be better. We did not leave the airport for about 30 minutes and we pretty much had a full bus. On the return the driver came 40 minutes late but we did make our flight. For the price for two people it's worth the money.

They were a little hard to find, no sign on arrival and on departure they were 1 hour late and only arrived after two phone calls.

Was pretty easy going, once we figured out the transfer company. Got right on the bus and they dropped us off at our hotel. On the return trip, they were 15 minutes early, drove straight to the airport. They also drove respectfully, unlike all the other crazy, impatient, nut case drivers in the Dominican Republic.
