I am so thankful I heard about Viator.com. I learned of it one day prior to leaving on my my flight to Punta Cana. It was then that I found out my flight/accommodations did not include ground transfer. Viator took me to my resort and brought me back to the airport and I was the only passenger they came for! Thank you!

It was difficult finding the right meeting place at the Punta Cana Airport, viator is among many other tour operators. Once found, we had to wait a good 15 minutes for an other passenger before we got on the way. The return trip was perfect, right on time. Price/performance is very good. A taxi would cost substantially more.

Way better than expected. The airport is much smaller than I was expecting, so it was easy to find the Viator desk. I would buy this again, or recommend to a friend

Viator was at the airport when we landed. They got us to our hotel in a timely fashion.
They were at our resort the morning of departure, exactly when they said they would be there...and got us to the airport exactly when they said they would.

Great transfer with nice bus. Was easy to find when arriving and they picked us up on time to leave. Was really glad we purchased before arriving in Punta Cana since the airport was super crazy!

The pick-up at the Punta Cana airport was confusing. There were too many agents trying to co-ordinate the pick ups and determine which vehicle should combine the fares/passengers. The return transportation to the airport from the hotel was on time and actually too early by one hour, but excellent!
