Just missed being first rate because of a total muddle over collection and the start of the tour. We lost and wasted about an hour.

Great tour. Driver and guide on time and if not for a group of 7 being 30 minutes late, tour would have ended on time. Overall tour was very good, but could have done without Dubai museum tour and maybe driven through an old part of Dubai.

This was a useful introduction to Dubai, which gave me some idea of the layout and history. It's a difficult balance to have appropriate time at several different stops, and the approach taken was a short time at each which is probably the right way. Pleasant and helpful staff.

A good introduction to this sprawling, strange city. But be prepared for delays and extensions of specified time for the tour the shuttle-bus that was to take us to the main tour bus was almost an hour late in collecting us from our hotel because of traffic jams. And traffic also caused long delays on the drives between sightseeing stops.

This tour was probably the best way to see as much of Dubai as possible in a short space of time, especially given the intense heat. However, our German guide didn't really seem to know all that much about Dubai, and a lot of our questions went unanswered.

Was contacted with amended pick-up time and the shuttle driver was exactly on time. Good brief overview of the city. My only suggestion would be that the tour company provide drinking water in the bus or advise people to carry water with them as it was very hot and there was nowhere to buy drinks until towards the end of the tour by which time dehydration could be a problem for those not used to such high temperatures.
