Good tour and tour guide. The only thing wrong was the tour started about forty minutes late.

This tour provides an overview of Dubai and is good for those there for a short time. Viator was cheaper than booking directly.

The tour was mostly fun, but we went to too many shopping centers. Probably half the time we were in a shopping center. They were interesting, but I didn't book the tour to shop, and so that was disappointing. The ferry ride on the river was really fun, and our guide did a good job. I just had enough of shopping especially when we were in outdoor places. I ended up taking a taxi back to my hotel because our last stop was 1.5 hours shopping outdoors! If you are travelling on a budget and don't want to shop, don't book this tour.

I have mixed feelings about this tour. It was good, and I'm glad I did it; however, it was very much focused on shopping, whereas it was advertised as a sightseeing tour of the city.

We did tour on our first day in Dubai, spent around an hour waiting for two people who didn't turn up. Not good PR, everyone on bus frustrated by having to wait. It clearly indicated that they would not wait, so why were we all held up.

Would have rather gone to a mall than the gold souk as this was where you could not stop to look in a shop window without being asked by at least eight people at a time if you wanted bags, watches, etc.

This was a good trip. It showed me many of the sights and gave lots of valuable information on the city, but we did not get much time at the gold souk. I would have preferred much longer to look around.

The bus used was entirely unsuitable for sightseeing. Whilst in the bus we had to crouch to see out of the small windows, and even then we couldn't see much from them. A sightseeing bus needs bit windows so you can see upwards as well as just ground level. Because of this I would not even call it a sightseeing tour. Also it was assumed that we wanted to spend a very long time in the gold market, when we would rather have been sightseeing.
