We had a great time. The staff were very knowledgeable and smiled loads, that made us feel that they cared about what they were doing. Everything was explained properly and they made sure we knew where we were and what options we had. The tour was extensive and flexible so much so we only had time to do part of it. When we go back it will be the first thing we will do again. p.s. The guides spoke good English. One small criticism was that the bus we were on was only air conditioned on the top deck cabin. Downstairs was like an oven which at one point we were in as the top deck was full.

The enthusiasm shown by the employees on this tour was second to none and their local knowledge was outstanding. It was a little hot but there was a nice breeze when we stopped at the beach.

Good way to see Dubai if short on time, but you will probably only have time to do one circuit.

It is a good way to see a lot of the city. If you stop at the mall you might get squeezed for time!

Well worth doing if you want to see what Dubai has to offer.

This was the best way to see Dubai. Bus was comfortable and commentary was good. Ticket should have been valid for 48 hours, though, as there is just too much to do and see in one day!

I use hearing aids and your devices were of no use to me. Nevertheless, it was a great experience and I really enjoyed the entire city trip.

Excellent trip but slightly confusing with the two routes. You need to pay attention as to where you are!

Best way to see a lot of Dubai in a short period of time. Unfortunately, there are too many places you may want to see so there isn't enough time to see them all in detail. Our visit was 4 days and the tour operators allowed us to continue finishing our trip the next day. Key Tip. Don't start your tour 1st thing in the AM. It's impossible to see everything on both routes in 8 hours. Try mid-day and choose one route. Take the dhow cruise at the end of day 1. Then continue the tour 1st thing next day for other route.

A wonderful way to seeing the city, but definitely not for only one day. I would advise that the two lines be done on two separate days as there is just too much to see and do. The staff regulating the buses were efficient and helpful. The dhow cruise on the creek was excellent. We were unable to do the walking tour as time constraints did not allow a stop. It appears that the route is continuously updated as we were pleasantly surprised at the extended route of going to Atlantis on the Palm, which was not indicated before. A worthwhile excursion.

Well worth doing, especially if you only have a day or two to see Dubai. We did both the Red and Blue tours, both were good and informative. The only disappointment is that there is no way you can see everything in one day - it's a shame the buses stop running at 5pm.

We don't think there could be a better way to acquaint yourself with all the 'must-sees' in Dubai. The November weather was ideal for sitting on top of the bus and watching it all go by. The only hassles we had were trying to juggle fitting everything in around the bus times which we didn't as the dhow cruise only goes four times a day, and actually finding the bus stop initially. The museum is well worth the time to visit. If you had the option of choosing more or less hours, I think it would suit more people, as we would have loved extra time yet met people whose time in Dubai didn't make it worth while to buy, yet would have liked a few hours. I think we'd do if again if ever we're lucky enough to revisit Dubai.

Has two very interesting routes, but doing both in one day depends on the volume of traffic in Dubai. Though, amazingly, the buses stick pretty closely to their 20-minute interval schedules. Connecting with the 1-hour boat trip on the Creek can be tricky - and there's a long, hot walk from the drop-off point to the boat. But overall, the tours, especially the Blue Beach route, were very interesting.

We chose the Hop-on Hop-off Tour for our first day in Dubai. Its a must. Great!! But start as early as you can. If you want to take the walk-tour and the boat-tour that is included.
