We absolutely loved everything about it. We are planning to re-visit Dubai again at a later date.

The buses should all be air conditioned. I was unlucky to get mostly non air conditioned buses, and downstairs is unbearable and upstairs you have to keep dodging the sun. The earphone commentary on the red route leaves a lot to be desired, mostly I couldn't hear anything, and ended up confused about where I was. The tour guide on the blue bus was much better and she was most interesting. In general the places I went and the sights I saw made it a very worthwhile trip.

Good overall coverage of Bur Dubai, beach areas, and creek including new construction areas. No coverage of Deira except along the creek. The live English commentary was interesting and informative. The air-conditioned upstairs section of the double decker bus offers excellent viewing and is very comfortable during hot Dubai days. Tickets last forty eight hours, and two days would be required to see most places of interest.

Hospitality of staff is worth mentioning. Informative and clear narration by guides. Good summer promotion of 48 hours pass otherwise you cannot complete all three rides.

This is the best way to get around Dubai. It's best to plan ahead to get the most out of your day.

The tour was an excellent value and very informative. Despite the oppressive heat in July, the trip was comfortable in the air-conditioned area. One suggestion: the tour should allow for travelers to get to the Jumeirah Mosque before 10 a.m. on the Thursday tour.

It was available for 24 hours which was great as the there were too many places to hop off at in a day. Organisation of pick up points and times was spot on. We saw much more and through the commentary learned much more of Dubai than we would have otherwise have done. Fascinating city.

Well worth the cost. Got to see so much more than you would driving yourself. Couldn't fit everything in one day.

This was a useful introduction to Dubai with decent commentary from the tour guide. It was a good value.

This was a first-time visit to Dubai and the Big Bus Hop on Hop off Tour was a great help to us, to find out all about Dubai, its culture, buildings, hotels and beaches.

My visitors enjoyed the experience. It is the only way to see Dubai.

A very informative introduction and a good way to get around Dubai. The commentary was a little difficult to follow at times due to wind. Quite hot as the bus is not air conditioned on the bottom deck and the top deck is fairly exposed to the elements.

The Hop on Hop off Tour is great to take if you live in a hotel located near one of the stops. Otherwise, it gets really complicated arranging the different stops on each route.

Seemed to be a long wait between buses. Some buses have automated commentary like Europe - others which are older rely on a guide so hearing can be problem depending on location in bus. Older buses air conditioning not flash and believe me you need it. Was not impressed to discover if you bought ticket in Dubai got 48 hrs for cost of 24 hrs. Didn't apply to my ticket bought on net.

The staff were helpful and friendly, I had no complaints there. I just guess I was hoping for a bit more on the historical side of Dubai and less of the shopping malls. But then again, Dubai is the place for shops.
