The bus tour was a great way to explore the city and very helpful for finding your bearings if done at the beginning of your trip. If done for one day it is a very jam packed day but well worth it and the river cruise is a relaxing and added bonus.

The first half of the tour was fabulous including the Creek Cruise. However, I became afflicted with the travelers illness and was unable to take the Blue Route. What an absolute shame, but it us what it is. I don't suppose I should go back to Dubai to finis the tour!

If you just have a day to spend in Dubai this is the best way of seeing the old and new parts of the city. You can get off and on when you like and there are two routes(red and blue) that take you on seperate routes. Operators are in touch with the buses and know when the nest one is due- generally every 20 mins unless there's been an accident blocking the road! Open air upstairs- great for taking photos and sun but not good for hearing the commentory because of wind and traffic noise.
