Great experience and an inspiring captain (Peter)
got given confirmation via, hotel, and email, of what time we would be collected. was picked up on time and, taken into the desert. Where we were then shown how everything was going to work. it wll went very quick, and was very magical, also felt very safe at all times. One thing i would say was we never recieved a certificate, and the information on having extra clothing, its actually very hot in the balloon. so take a jacket which is easy to take off. other than that, make sure you take your camera.

A most enjoyable trip with our captain Piotr. It was an early start, 3 huge balloons we all took off at same time and spent 1 hour floating around the desert. The sunrise was AMAZING! This is the third hot air balloon fligt we have done and would rate this second only to the Masai Mara we did acouple of years ago.
What a wonderful opportunity to see the sunrise over the desert. The team are professional and friendly. The only negative was the long bus trip to and from the balloon, but don't let it put you off as the experience is worth every dollar. Thank you.
Admittedly, this is an expensive outing, but having never been in a hot air balloon this was the highlight of my Dubai trip. Watching the sunrise from a hot air balloon is an experience I will always remember. As others have noted, it is an early wake-up call hotel pick up time was 5am in January, but you'll be back to your hotel by 10 am with lots of photos and a full day to still experience Dubai.
Oh this was just the best! The most wonderful experience with a fabulous company who are so organised and professional. Just loved the whole experience. Definitely worth doing and worth the money. These guys are the best. One of our party lost her camera in the van and the boys found it and returned it - the went out of their way. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
One word fantastic!
This was the first hot air balloon flight my wife and I were ever on and we loved it. It's a pity that it's a LONG journey in each direction to the take off / landing site - about 80-90 mins each way. As stated the flight itself is around an hour but we got slightly longer as we had to take off again after the land-owner of our chosen landing site became a little upset on our arrival there. It was quite amusing to watch the "discussion" between him and the pilot! The flight itself is HOT - the burners are just overhead and I was right at the edge of the basket which seemed to mean I was getting the full heat of it unprotected like those who were below the burner - I'd to bend down a couple of times to shelter from the intense heat! Don't let that put you off though, but note the hat is to protect you from the heat of the balloon, not the sun which is only rising at that time. It was a very early pick up in May - 4am due to the early sunrise at that time of year - but we were back at the hotel for a 9am breakfast having had a great experience. Pilots and all the assisting ground crew etc were great. If you haven't ballooned before, don't miss this excellent opportunity for a very memorable morning! Quick word of warning - there are no toilets at any point on this 5 hour trip - I used a "behind the jeep" one but that might be less easy for the ladies so make sure to go before your pickup.
Spectacular. Well worth. The wake up call is way to early for me, however way worth it to see the sun rise. I can't say more than - this trip was absolutely, completely breathtaking. Perfect way to finish our holiday in UAE.
The trip was very well organised, very well orgainsed excursion.
Excellent flight - everything ran smoothly and pilot was very knowledgeable and fun. Amazing views - very peaceful. Couple of things worth noting (1) you have to be quite agile to climb in and out of the basket (2) you need a hat to protect you from the burners (tip - stand at the edge of the basket, not the middle) (3) take a good camera. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
Ballon experience excellent. Driver on time and friendly. Balloon captain is good at driving the balloon bu a terrible bad educated individual. His name is Peter from Hungary. He was very mean to his own people and to the locals when they approaced the balloon. He made all the flight racist remarks about people from the UAE, arabs in general and Indians. He said people from the UAE and India were stupid all the time that they should hire only Europeans but that the company could not afford them. I told him that thanks to the people of the UAE we were visitng their country and he had a job. Everybody at the tour was unhappy with his very racist remarks. He should get fired asap. He has no manners at all.
It was a beautiful trip! The landing was a little bit rough though.
