A dream come true!!
I loved every second of this trip. The pick up from the hotel was punctual and the captain was super friendly! I always wanted to go on a hot air balloon and Balloon Adventures turned a dream to reality!
At the end of the trip we were offered cold drinks and we bought a video of the tour. A camera was filming the whole trip and we were sent a link were we can download it from after a couple of days.
Everything was just perfect. Definitely recommend!!

Our trip was perfect for us. On time and very well organized. Our pilot was very experienced, knew just what to say and prepared us for everything. that was to come. The glide over the desert was quiet, peaceful and sl lovely. It was so nice to see the desert's textures come to life as the sun began to do its magic.

Very nice trip. It was my first time in a hot ai balloon. The ascent was very well managed by the expert Pilot Michael. Beautiful sunrise and lovely desert sandy terain, like at work. I would highly recommend.

This was an absolutely stunning experience, my first ever balloon flight. I would advise anybody with any disability of the limbs etc to give this a miss as it is difficult to climb in and out of the basket even for a fit person. The oilots are very professional and standards of operation are very high in UAE. I had to get up very early for this activity which takes place many miles away in the heart of the desert, but I was back at my hotel in time for breakfast!

Guide is fantastic and the scenery was beautiful and relaxing. Not for people who aren't keen on early mornings though! Definitely recommend.

A definite MUST DO in Dubai! Very professionally organized, a whole lot of fun and a surreal experience seeing the sun rise in the desert. Perfect experience!
Excellent! Loved it, everything went as anticipated per the instructions and a priortviator reveiew I'd read, which was why I chose Viator. We had 2 pilots on our trip, one just arrived in Dubai and learning the landscape, both were completely professional (one owned the company) and we felt totally safe in their care. Spectacular views of the never-ending desert, dotted with some date and camel farms, and estates with some greenery. Thank you Peter and Mike!

got given confirmation via, hotel, and email, of what time we would be collected. was picked up on time and, taken into the desert. Where we were then shown how everything was going to work. it wll went very quick, and was very magical, also felt very safe at all times. One thing i would say was we never recieved a certificate, and the information on having extra clothing, its actually very hot in the balloon. so take a jacket which is easy to take off. other than that, make sure you take your camera.
