Met at arrival hall, all was very good. I would recommend this to anyone that goes to Dubai, as the roads are very busy and most cab drivers do not know Dubai very well!

The taxi company greeted us by name card on entering the airport before passport check-in and baggage collection, which was a great comfort on arriving in a foreign place after such a long flight. Service excellent.

I came into Dubai tired and on my own and it was good to be greeted by a courteous person who shepherded me through the terminal, put me through the VIP immigration queue and helped me find and carried my bag. Would recommend it to anybody.

Excellent. We were met and helped though passport control. Very helpful, our luggage was collected and loaded into the car for us. Superb service.

Very friendly pick-up and driver. More than what you would pay for a taxi but worth it to not deal with the chaos especially after a long flight in the middle of the night.

The service was amazing. The representative met you by the luggage pick up before customs and assisted you out to a private cab or limo. I highly recommend their service. They gave us a welcome package with a map and to do list of Dubai. They also gave us our pick up time for our departure.

This was the most professional and best-manned operator among all the transfers I have had from Viator. The English-speaking operator was waiting for us at the arrival lounge. This was certainly good value for money; we were given a contact name and number for anything we needed in Dubai while we were there. The vehicle used was in very good condition, and the driver was very polite and helpful.
