Went very smoothly although quality of taxi on this trip was only so so. Previous trip the taxi was 1st class.

Costs a bit more than a taxi but worth doing after a long flight as there was no hassle what so ever and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Although we had a 5 hour delay our rep was waiting and made passing through passport control much easier.

My husband and I really appreciated the meet and greet rep that quickly guided us through customs and out to the taxi area. Although we had to wait some 20 minutes before the taxi was able to get to us this was a result of re-routing by the police. It is 3 years since we last visited Dubai and the airport buildings have changed so using the Viator service we felt was well worth while.

Worth doing, took away all the hassle. Our driver was waiting for us as we arrived. He collected our luggage and directed us through the airport to our transport where he then took us to our hotel.

We were greeted on arrival and told where our driver would be waiting for us. The driver was very pleasant, telling us about places of interest, etc. The company appeared very well organised.

A great service if you are in a hurry or worried about arriving in a foreign country for the first time. I was met in the arrivals hall by a very pleasant man with my name on a clip board. He fast tracked me through the 1st class queues for immigration and passport control. He collected my case from the carousel and put me safely in a taxi. It was more expensive than getting a taxi yourself and the airport is very straight forward, so if visiting Dubai again - I would be confident to manage alone. But if you don't want the worry then - a valuable service.

This is a great service for first-time visitors to Dubai. We booked two separate pick-ups, one for us and one for our daughter who had to fly on a different flight, and both were great. We were met as arranged and efficiently transported to our hard-to-find hotel. A very good service - well done!

A very pleasant man met us at the airport, welcomed us to Dubai, helped us with our luggage, and took us out to where the taxi was waiting. The driver was also very pleasant, helping us with the luggage both at the airport and our hotel, and as a first time traveller to Dubai I would definitely recommend the taxi to the airport.

To have a hassle free arrival into a new country, someone to take the guess work out of the equation and deliver you first class to the front door of your hotel, makes for a great start to any trip.

We were collected by a well dressed man holding a name sign at the airport. We were given directions and collected our bags from the carousel. Another man was then waiting to usher us to our vehicle. I would definitely do this again.
