We were met promptly even though our flight was late arriving and speedily tranferred to our hotel. I was very surprised at the size of the city and wouldn't like to have tried finding my way on public transport. On our return to Dubai we made our own way to the hotel by taxi after having almost been caught out by someone pretending to be an authorized taxi driver. When we were taken into a carpark and luggage placed into the back of a normal car we declined his offer of twice the price of a taxi to our hotel and found the legal taxi rank. Be warned if you are not using Private Airport Transfer such as this one.
Fantastic service.In fact the best...We got lost in Airport getting cases and kept the driver waiting 1 hour! No worries.He was standing there nicely waiting poor man.

Fabulous service, the company representative was waiting for us at the arrival lounge, he provided us with a welcome to Dubai pack, and confirmed our departure transfer times for later in the week.
Excellent company to deal with. Punctual, friendly, obliging and helpful. High recommendation.

The airport transfer service was arranged for us perfectly. Our plane was 1 hour late but a gentleman waited for us in the arrivals lounge without fail. As we booked other tours with this same tour operator, this lovely gentleman had our full itenerary with him and had all our trips confirmed.
Everything was well planned and made everything so much more easier for us on our first day in Dubai.
