We had a wonderful afternoon/evening out in the desert. If I would suggest one thing to do in Dubai, it would definitely be this tour. It was so much fun and the meal so delicious I could not fault it!
Outstanding - a real highlight of our trip! A great and very accessible way to experience the desert with not too rough vintage Land Rover drives through the dunes and stunning wildlife along the way, camel rides on arrival and a memorable dinner. All the staff were great!
This tour was amazing! Our tour guide, Hajaj was very informative and pleasant. He made this experience more than I ever imagined it to be! I highly recommend this tour.

Good Food, Good Company, Really enjoyable afternoon/evening - Food, Dancing Camel Rides, Henna tatoos
This tour tries to provide travellers with an understanding of the traditional Nomad life. It is professionally run and were given a great insight into the nomads culture. No dune bashing on this tour, a real cultural experience. The dinner was awesome. Perfect.
Excellent experience both fun and informative. Guide was pleasant, knowledgable and punctual . Highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful time with our guide, Sameh. The desert is gorgeous and the Bedouin camp was a perfect end to the night! There was so much to do at the camp- camel rides, henna, hookah, and watching traditional dancers. The food was AMAZING and plentiful. I was so full! Don't wear sandals- you'll be walking in the sand a lot and it's really tough. I would suggest boots so you don't have to worry about sand getting in your shoes at all!
excellent guide, excellent tour content and arrangements and good authentic food at camp
We loved this tour and although touristy it was a highlight of our trip. Our guide, Hajaj was amusing and informative and great to be with. We enjoyed the 50's Landrovers. The only thing I would suggest is that they should provide blankets as the seats become really cold and the desert is very fresh on the return to our bus. It's an experience that I recommend to everyone going to Dubai.
Loved everything about this tour! Our tour guide was an absolute card and held our attention for the entire trip. The food was excellent! It was a trip to remember for a very long time. I highly recommend it!!
Very nice trip, our guide Naser was excellent and very helpful. Definitely a trip worth taking!
We had a 12 hour layover in Dubai and we didn't want to be stuck in the airport. This tour will pick you up at a near by hotel and then take you to the desert learning insights along the way. Upon arrival at the nature conservatory, you chage vehicles to a open air vintage RangeRover. You then head out into the duned for off road driving on the duns, spotting wildlife, attending a falconry demonstration before you reach the comfortable camp for a full meal and entertainment. Regardless of you circumstances, this is a different tour that you will enjoy. The staff is welcoming and kind and they will do everything they can to make your night enjoyable. If you go in winter, bring warn clothes as you will need them to be comfortable. Enjoy, it can't be beat.
My husband and I loved this trip! It may have been the highlight of our whole time in Dubai. The ride through the desert and the dunes was just right -- we chose this particular version of the desert experience partially because it did not do any "dune busting". The guide was terrific, the food and the camp was also very good. We had a stop for sunset and a demonstration of a falcon in flight.
If you have the time, this tour should be on the top of your Dubai list. I highly recommend it. Our driver/host Malek was fantastic. He had a great sense of humor and was really patient with us. They picked me up at my hotel. From there, we drove out towards the desert. Along the way, Malek noticed that there was a camel race going on, so we pulled over to watch. Once we arrived, they put a keffiyeh on each of us. Then we chose a Land Rover and headed out into the desert. They stop multiple times to give everyone opportunities for pictures. Climbing sand dunes was pretty cool. We then went and saw the falconry display and got to hold the falcon. We saw a stunning sunset and then headed to the camp for dinner. It's a gorgeous setup and the food was amazing. It's extremely well-run. We had camel rides whilst there and enjoyed starters and dinner. They had local dancers and entertainment (including henna artist) and the evening was capped off by the offer to partake in hookah (it's optional). That's a lot to do in your six or seven hours and it was a five-star experience. One couple in my group had done the same tour last year and loved it so much, they came back again. Now that I have done this once, I would also do it again.
We had a fantastic alternative Christmas Day on this trip. Our guide was amazing and the personal attention was magnificent. We could not fault anything on our adventure and have returned home with many great memories.
