Bobby the tour guide and driver were great! Lots of fun dine bashing, then back to base camp for activities like camel rides, sand boarding, henna tattoos , and a delicious BBQ and show under the stars. Highlight of our trip!
Fantastic guide, thoroughly enjoyed the quad biking and dune driving. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a unique Arabian experience!
Right on time
This was the highlight of our trip to Dubai! Cannot rate this highly enough. We all had such a fantastic time! The four wheel driving was amazing, the food was great and the tour guides were fantastic. Would recommend this tour to everyone!

Fantastic safari tour! We had an awesome time..4wd, camel ride, henna tattoo, great meal under the stars in the desert, dancers! It was the highlight of our time in Dubai. Thoroughly recommend it.

Totally mad day, great adventure, fabulous food with energetic dancers in 43degreeC heat. Summer is when the REAL desert comes out.
This was just amazing......Loved every single bit from the pick up to the drop off at Hotel.The company is so amazing.e saw other companies with flat tyres etc on way and bad driving, these men know what they are doing especially our driver Bobby. The food, Camel riding , belly dancing Henna tattoo all great .What a wonderful experience to remember .Thank you Viator...p.s. if you are really really scared of fast driving maybe think twice.I am, and also in 60's but so thrilled I went....and did it all,
Loved it! Paying a little extra for the private tour was worth every dime. Our driver was great...fun, knowledgable and a great driver. Those tour guides have to go through a police driving academy plus another school before they're hired to drive in the sand dunes. Total professionals...not your average tour guide. I will definitely use Viator again.
This particular piece (Desert Safari) was simply out standing. Arrangements were better than expected. We had a Hummer to drive back and forth. The driver was very courteous. His driving skills were of high order. My daughter and her friends, enjoyed this most. Thanks a million. I would recommend Viator to any one!!
Very good tour. The guide was very knowledgeable (he's been doing it for something like 17 years), very friendly and personable. Dune bashing was a lot of fun. Even my teenage daughter who normally doesn't like anything remotely scary enjoyed it. Highly recommend this tour.
This trip was excellent and the food was superb!
Our trip was all we had hoped for and more. Our driver, Bobby, was excellent, we felt safe - and excited - driving over the dunes and all the other delights were as we expected. Thank you.
We had an excellent time with all the family, the driver was very professional. In summary it was better than expected.
After travelling all over Europe for 3 months and doing many Viator Tours this one was FANTASTIC. You must pay the extra for the private tour. While we were relaxed with only 3 of us in our 4WD bashing the sand dunes, others were crammed with 7 passengers in the one car. Our driver clearly gave us a superior experience with more stunts and fun out on the sand. What we also liked is this was not one of those 15 minute jobs - we were on the dunes driving for over an hour with great photo stops. When we got to the camp we did camel rides, smoked the shisha pipe, got henna tattoos etc. Then we had a BBQ dinner ( don't expect too much here ) and were entertained by a belly dancer. This was a very memorable experience, guided by a great driver who picked up and dropped off to our hotel. Buy the DVD to remeber your day in the desert and please pay the extra for the private tour !!!!!
