The Blarney Castle and Cork Day Trip from Dublin was excellent. The grounds of the Blarney Castle were beautiful with flowers and mountain streams. Getting to the Blarney Stone to kiss it was tough, but my daughter made the journey to the top of the castle and "kissed the Blarney stone." Cork and the villages on the way were quaint. Michael, our driver, was wonderful, friendly and very informative. Good trip all around and I would definitely recommend the trip.

This was a wonderful tour for the money. Our tour guide/driver was relaxed and very friendly. The addition of the Rock of Cashel to the itinerary was an amazing bonus, as Blarney Castle and Cork alone are worth the trip.

We had Joe (he didn't give us his last name). He was great ! Sang songs, told jokes and gave historical facts. The best! Great day!

It was pouring down rain the day I did the Blarney Castle tour, so didn't kiss the stone. Not for very heavy people as the stairs up to the top are very winding and small. No one tells you this while in line and it could be embarrasing for some people.

This was our favourite tour from Dublin. Our tour guide was bloody fantastic. Very knowledgeable, very Irish, and very funny. Great day trip which allows you to kiss the Blarney Stone, see the Rock of Cashel in Tipperary, as well as the southern city of Cork. After considering all of our tours in Europe, this one would have to be the best. Thank you to our guide, and thank you Ireland!

Our guide was great to give us information while en route to each site. He was humorous as well. We needed longer to see Blarney and the grounds. We had to hurry up to the stone but didn't have time to shop in the nearby village nor explore the grounds. This could easily be a 2 hour trip itself. We traveled to Cork for lunch but again did not have a lot of time for shopping. The stops are often enough that anyone who needs a bathroom break or snack will be fine. There is even time to nap on the drive if jetlag is a problem. The tour was for a group of 12-15 and was just the right size. The Rock of Cashel was a ruin of an old church. It was less appealing than Blarney.

This was a great way to begin the tour of Ireland. Every member of the group made the climb and kissed the Blarney Stone and are willing to chat all night about their experience.

The tour guide was more like a driver. Spoke very little and when he did speak you couldnt hardly hear him. He kept changing his "plan" of what we were supposed to do when we arrived in Cork. Ex. First we would drive around the city and then he changed his mind and decided to drop us off at the Visitor center instead???? Anyways. It got the highest start because the Blarney Castle and Rock of Cashel made up for it. AMAZING!! Plus size people beware that if you plan to go to the top of the Blarney castle, the stair seem to get a tad more narrow. One of my friends couldnt quite fit good enough continue the journey up. Going down was great. The grounds are beautiful. Time will not allow to see the caves and Blarney Castle and the Blarney house. You could really make this stop alone an all day adventure. Its something to go again. Love it!

Worth it! Long drive, but we all just took a nap. Our guide (Bud) let us pick if we wanted to stay at the Castle longer, which we did so it didn't feel rushed at all. Even drove us through Cook County to see it anyway. AND saw the Rock of Cashel. AND he took us to another cathedral, which was beautiful. Great guy, great trip and the weather was amazing! Our group had a lot of fun.

Wonderful day trip, Blarney castle was amazing, our tour guide was helpful, funny and very nice. Everything was well organized and on time. The tour guide let us vote as a group to adjust slightly the time, to allow us to spend a little more time at the castle which was well worth it. Made additional smaller stops in transit. Highly recommend it!
