Very nice introduction to Dublin for first timers like us. Guide was very knowledgeable.
We got lucky -- due to some scheduling issues others had, we ended up with a virtually private tour -- that was super.
I am Irish but I was treating a foreign friend to an Irish experience. All I can say is that it was wonderful dispite the rain and wind!! Irwin was a knowledgable gentleman with a good sence of humour. My friend is besotted with Dublin.
We hit this tour our first day in Dublin and our guide, Liam, provided us with a great introduction to the history of the city. This walking tour also got us oriented to the important sights and the layout of the city which helped us then explore on our own much more easily. Don't miss this tour - the overview is invaluable!
a very informative tour. I learned alot about Ireland's history in two hours.
Very informative and engaging. Thank you. I think every Irish born person is naturally gifted with Blarney! I mean that in a good way! We certainly felt the 1000 welcomes from Ireland and it's people.
We had a great time on our walking tour. There were only 4 of us on the walk, but the guide, Paddy, was brilliant in his knowledge of Dublins history and had a great sense of humour. Had a fabulous time in Dublin and would love to go back. Thank you.
Relaxed and informative tour with knowledgeable guide.
The tour guide was prompt and friendly. We found the tour very interesting and discovered new places that we never knew existed eg Meeting Square and back alleys through Dublin Castle. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we found the tour terrific value for money. I would feel confident guiding our foreign friends through Dublin in future.
If your into history and seeing all the best in a short time do this, have your walking shoes on.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Very fast moving, not recommended for small children or the elderly.
An interesting way to get to see areas of Dublin that otherwise one does not get to see, and to get a very knowledgeable commentary from a very pleasant guide, such as was Pauline on this particular walking tour.
We enjoyed this, would have given it a 5 star if we could have seen the inside of some of the Trinity College and the Dublin Castle. The Castle had some type of political meetings so we couldn't go in. The tour guide was very informative and nice.
It would have been better if we had gone into St. Patrick's Cathedral and briefly in to see the Books of Kells.
Lots of walking. Parts were boring. Dublin does not have the history or preservation that London has. The "Gardens" of Dublin Castle was a real disappointment. No real gardens. All concrete and parking lot. But you can't beat the price!
