This tour went very well and was ably led by our tour leader. Would definitely recommend this tour.

While the tour itself was good, be prepared for a long day and to be hungry. I wish the tour simply would go to Blarney Castle and allow time for shopping and then back to Dublin eliminating all the other stuff, such as the cemetery and the church visit. The tour guide was excellent and well informed but by the end of the tour, most were bored and hungry.

This trip is well worth doing, we had a very informative guide who knew what he was taking about! Blarney Castle was an experience I would recommend, however, this is not an easy climb if you suffer with knee problems and the stairs are very very narrow in some parts. The walk around the grounds are definitely worth the trip. I would advise you to take food and drink because this trip is a long day the only criticism I have is that the trip does not provide you with a free refreshment break as this is a very long day, however you do have the opportunity to have lunch and refreshment breaks to a cost.

The Blarney Castle was beautiful to see, however I enjoyed walking the grounds more than the actual castle.

I would have liked to have a few photo stops along the way. Queenstown Museum and going aboard the ship were both very informative. Our guide was rather reserved and quiet.

This is worthwhile and a good value for money. There's plenty packed into the day tour. Our guide for the day was very friendly and helpful, and even assisted us in getting transport back to our hotel.

LOGISTICS - There was a private car on the train ride to Cork reserved for those on the trip the train trip was about 3 hours. When we arrived at Cork, we boarded a bus. here really wasn't a tour of Cork, just a note of the sights we passed as we drove to Blarney Castle. We got there before other tour groups, so we headed straight to kiss the Blarney Stone before there was too much of a line. We had plenty of time at Blarney Castle to explore the castle and small town, do a little bit of shopping and eat lunch. There were a few choices for lunch which was nice and a reasonably priced option.
Then on to Cobh where we visited a Church heard a little about Cobh. We got back on the bus for a very short ride down to the coast, a little more about the town and then to Queenstown Story. After some time in Queenstown Story, we took a local train approx 30 minutes to another station, where we waited another 30 minutes for a train back to Dublin.
TOUR GUIDE - Our tour guide was fantastic. He really cares about giving a good tour and what people want to see and hear about. He was always available for questions. When we arrived back in Dublin, he even made sure we knew how to get back into town - which trams to take, etc.
OVERALL RATING - This tour is definitely worth doing! It's hard to visit Ireland without kissing the Blarney stone! It's a long day with an early start - but it is a fun day!
I recommend this tour. The trip was difficult only because the coach lost air-conditioning at the beginning of the trip. It was a really hot day, but the tour itself was wonderful. We even had a short stop that was not on the itinerary at the graves of the people who were killed on the Lusitania. Definitely take this tour!

We had a lovely trip and a great tour guide who was very knowledgeable. Ireland is absolutely beautiful, and this day trip gave me the chance to explore more of it outside of Dublin.
