The whole day went without a hitch. We arrived at Dublin Station in very good time and our tour guide was already waiting there with our tickets. There was a leaflet included in the travel pack that explained everything we were going to see that day. We were lucky with the weather as that can never be guaranteed and the coach transferred us to our various stop-off points in an efficient and timely manner. The onboard commentary ensured that we were kept well informed so we knew exactly what to expect and look out for on the way. The volume was a little loud but I expect this is to allow for people who may be slightly hard of hearing. The Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge was a slightly hair-raising experience, best not to look down if you're going to brave it, especially if you suffer from vertigo! I was in need of a shot of whiskey at the Bushmills Distillery after that experience! Definitely a good day out with a very picturesque finish at Giants Causeway.

You see more in one day than you could by by car. The bus driver and tour guide were very friendly and informative. The Giant's Causeway is beautiful, but it was covered in tourists, so taking pictures of it was a bit tricky. There are some downsides to this trip. Unless you sit on the right-hand side of the bus, the Glens of Antrim drive is worthless. You are trapped on a bus all day with a bunch of other people. Take hand sanitizer with you - the bathrooms along the way are disgusting. If you go on a Saturday, Bushmill's Distillery still gives tours, but the distillery is down that day, so there isn't much to see. We did not have enough time to explore areas we stopped in; at the Causeway, we had a little more than an hour, but it took about 15 minutes to walk to the rope bridge and then 15 back, so we had to hustle. We're in our 20s, so it would probably be a lot more difficult for older people who have trouble walking.

This tour joined another coach in Belfast, as there were no reserved seats for the Viator group I could not sit next to my friend for the duration of the coach trip.

Good excursions and plenty of walking if you care to.

For the most part I really enjoyed this tour. Our host met us at the Dublin train station and the tour was fairly organized as far as getting us to Belfast. I loved the drive, the rope bridge was so much fun, and I loved Giants Causeway. Our bus broke down at the end of our tour however, and it took a long time to get back to Belfast. My only complaint was that there was little communication to the passengers, and the driver who took over was talking on his cell phone the entire way home. I felt extremely scared for that part, but our original driver was very fun and knowledgeable and I would recommend this tour.

I am a non-tour person; I do tours when there is no alternative way to see things. The areas that this tour takes you to are great, and you get to see a lot of interesting things; for that reason alone the trip was worth it, because there would have been no other way for me to see them. However, I was glad I had my iPod with me, so I didn't have to listen to the bus driver talk all day, and I do mean all day. I would recommend not getting the lunch the tour organises for you. I didn't - there are supermarkets around where you can buy the same thing that they served, only cheaper and fresher! The connection from Dublin was easy, and a tour guide takes you from the train to another company that actually runs the day trip portion. This tour is a great way of seeing this part of Northern Ireland, and the scenery was great; just be prepared if you don't like the bus driver talking at you constantly. Overall, I would recommend this trip.

The guide was excellent, informative and knowledgeable. The brewery was a pleasant surprise. This was a better tour than the usual.

We would never have been able to see so many venues independently. We enjoyed the tour.

The sites were beautiful, and the Irish scenery was fantastic to behold. I just wish the buses were a bit roomier. We were on them for a long time, and they were a bit cramped for tall people. But I would still do it again!

Our train was delayed due to engine malfunction, so we had to skip some things. But there was sufficient time for the Causeway & Carrick-a-Rede so it was all good!

This is somewhere between three and four stars. We're not much for organized tours, but we were very satisfied with our experience!

The trip could only have been better if we had seen the rope bridge. The trail was crowded when we arrived and we were told it was closed. It's a long way to go from California and miss one of the highlights of the tour for no good reason.

This was a very interesting tour. Very beautiful countryside. Only draw back was that we were not immediately met after the bus dropped us off near the Belfast train station. Our guide found us waiting a the station.

The journey to the North was a great deal of fun and definitely worth the time and the money. The Giant's Causeway has to be seen to be believed. Booking on Viator also saved me about $10 per person over the usual cost (as I found out from my fellow travellers who booked directly). Give it a try if you're in Dublin with a day to spare.
