This was an awesome experience. Our guides were funny and informative. It was probably my favorite thing we did while in Dublin.
Really enjoyed the Up close musical experience
Would recommend to all that enjoy a small scale entertainment
Very entertaining! The music and stories were great! My only complaint was that it was to crowded on this Saturday night.
We absolutely loved this tour! I assumed that we would be pub hopping and seeing different bands at each bar. It was actually even better than that! We had two musicians who took us to two bars and played for us for an hour at each. They taught us so much about Irish music and they were the best pair I heard during our entire trip! I remember the fiddler's name was Andy! I would highly recommend them! They were fabulous and we had a great time!
This was even better than I expected. There were about 30 people in our group, which turned out to be a nice number. The beer at each pub was fantastic, and the two musicians that led the group played great songs and told us lots of interesting information about the instruments, songs, and Irish Folk music in general. They also had a great sense of humor and were very friendly.
Each of the pubs we went to had a great atmosphere, and at the final pub the musicians asked if anyone in the group wanted to share a song which was a lot of fun.
Wonderful evening. Would highly recommend this tour. Learned a lot about Irish music and instruments.
Great experience! Got to hear some great Irish music! The performers were great and went above and beyond to give us a good show! Heard some great music and stories! Would definitely recommend this tour!
Musicians took us to two different pubs where we sat in private rooms with full bar available. They played a variety of music and described the type of music, instruments used, and some history behind the songs. Comparison to the packed pubs where music was being played made this tour even better. The musicians were excellent, both musically and with their story telling. A full two hours of excellent entertainment. I would definitely book again.
My husband and I had a fantastic night, highly recommend it.
What a fantastic night great music, learning about the history of Irish music, instruments. The 2 men was a good laugh made it fun. Highly recommend it.
Music was great, stories and humour very entertaining! Both musicians talented and a thoroughly recommended way to spend a couple of hours of a Dublin evening.
Informative and fun. These guys really made our evening and made us feel very welcome.
Awesome experience with good beer, great people, and incredible Irish musicians!!!
Loved it! Went to some great pubs and the musicians were great, as were their stories and comments. Would certainly recommend the pub crawl.
Fabulous time.... the 2 guides were great, very funny and entertaining. The music made you want to sing and dance along and the stories were great. Amazing time and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Dublin.
Lots of fun! We went to three fantastic pubs and listened to many Irish tunes. at the last pub audience members volunteered to serenade us and some sang gorgeous Irish ballads and some sang Britney Spears. the two musicians were engaging, humorous and talented. Great evening in Dublin!
Would even add another star. This is a great introduction to irish music and culture, very friendly as some of us were by ourselves but not for long. Great musicians, friendly and funny. Recommend to anyone.
Lots and lots of fun and lots of great music and people, and of course the BEER.

This was a great night out. The 2 musicians that lead the tour were a lot of fun, and quite informative about Irish music I now know the difference between a jig and a reel. The 3 pubs we visited were great, but be warned, if you buy a pint at the meeting point at Oliver St. John Gogarty's pub, you will pay Temple Bar prices ouch. A bit of a shock after travelling around the rest of Ireland the other 2 pubs we visited weren't as pricey, as they were out of the centre of Temple Bar. The musicians / guides also gave us a few pointers about other pubs to visit if you wanted to see more traditional Irish music after the tour.
The 2 Gent's had been very informative and very talented and it was great to visit all the other public houses
