Our guide for the day was John, a very jolly Irish guy who made the trip a great experience!
He kept us entertained the entire time, WOOHOOW! : I must say we normally don't do the whole bus tour thing, but we were in for a nice surprise this time! Brilliant and funny guide, interesting information during the trip, nice and variated stops, plenty of time to take pictures and walk around! BEAUTIFUL and BREATHTAKING scenery! Really worth your time and would recommend this tour to everyone!
John was an excellent guide and had lots of great interesting and funny stories he really made a great difference.
We're super glad we took a day trip out of the city, and the places this goes certainly didn't disappoint. Even the short coffee stop was brilliant. Highly recommended to all ages.

Our tour guide was great. A very funny little Irish man, that knows the history and politics of Ireland very well. The Wild Wicklow was absolutely stunning, reminded me of Scotland. The scenery and the history provided to us at Glendalough from our tour guide was second to none. We had plenty of stops on the tour and got the opportunity to walk in the countryside at Glendalough between the two lakes, which was great and you never felt rushed. It was just a great tour!
Wow! What a time we all had with John on this tour! He took us out of the way to a few special spots we wouldn't have seen otherwise and gave us information and tips not only pertaining to where we visited but also to Dublin City itself. He hooked us up with Jameson on the bus and even offered double pours which helps considering how rainy it got towards the end of the day when we reached the monastery. The countryside was breathtaking and he was gracious enough to stop and let us all take pictures if we needed to, answering any and all questions. At the end of the tour, he even allowed us to be dropped off close to our hotels which benefited some people immensely considering this was New Year's Eve and the city was getting quite packed. Overall, I would definitely take this tour again and would consider this one of the highlights of my trip.
We had a fabulous time on this trip. Our driver was so informative and funny. The weather was not perfect but we still enjoyed the views. Our favorite part was the sampling of Jamison whiskey. I now know that I like it and a few family members have turned it into their favorite drink of choice. When we called to find out about where the pick up spots were we were offered the option of being picked up and dropped off at our hotel Fitzpatrick's Castle. This was a great help to us. The stops along the way were fun. The food at the coffee break stop was wonderful. We can't wait to visit again.
Even on a cloudy windy day in November, the scenery was beautiful! The sites were worth seeing, the tour guide was informative and entertaining, the places we stopped for break and lunch were great!
AWESOME!!!! Just awesome! Not related with the tour the weather was awesome as well. Our guide Dave was amazing, he was all the time informing us of what we were seeing. The trip is really well organized, even though we have to be always moving it's given more than enough time to appreciate the views.
even though we had a rainy day , tour guide was very good did everything he could to make up for the weather.. well worth it
I found this tour extremely enjoyable. I was travelling alone, and had done nothing like this alone before, but the tour guide made me feel comfortable, included and it was a very good day out! I would highly recommend this to anyone, whether traveling alone or otherwise. The driver/tour guide amongst his scooby-dooby-doo sayings, was very knowledgeable and made the tour what it is - excellent!
John our tour guide was awesome. So knowledgeable and fun. We really enjoyed ourselves due to him and would do another tour in a minute if he would be the guide. He's a real gem. So pleasant and he know how to take care of his guests!!!
It was amazing! All the sites were incredible and our tour guide John made it even better with his great sense of humor. I highly recommend going on this tour.
The guide John was amazing. He had so many neat stories about all of the places he took us, and he made sure everyone was having a good time. He took my picture at every stop, which I appreciated because I was not travelling with anyone.
I would recommend this tour to anyone, even if you're a lone traveller like myself. It was a great day! Thank you John!
We loved the tour guide most of all, as he drove us through Dublin 4 and other parts of the city to pick up other passengers, all the while giving us history lessons and anecdotes. The stops at Avoca and lunch pub were pleasant and well-timed. The driver dropped a group of us right across from our hotel on the way back, which we appreciated. Vistas were amazing in the Wicklow Mountains!
Our tour was on a beautiful autumn day and couldn and #39;t have been better! Our driver Johnnie was so entertaining and shared lots of stories about each of the stops along the way. The views were stunning and my favorite - Lough Tay was amazing!
Gorgeous tour. Beautiful scenery. Our tour guide was so informative and gave us so many tips about Dublin and surrounding areas. Had a wonderful time, got to see more than I expected. I would highly recommended to anyone.
