A really nice trip!
Enjoyed the kayaking a lot, although didn't quite expect the 7.5km distance! The snorkeling was fun, but there wasn't much to see at the chosen location. Perhaps a better location could be found? There was no live commentary provided about the old town or its walls, which is partly why we did the tour. If the guides could explain some history along the tour, that would be very welcome. Overall, it was a fun 3 hours and we enjoyed the drinks and nibbles afterwards laid on by the tour.
I really liked the sea kayaking and the beach part. However, there were two things that kind of sent the review to be this low. First off, where Viator told us to go was not right. So we had to jump in a taxi and go to where the office told us to go. This was frustrating. Then once on the tour, it said it should last around 4hours. It only lasted 2.5 hours, this was disappointing because they only have us 30 minutes to swim and hang at the beach cave. I really liked what we did, however, we should have been at the beach longer.
Beautiful place....beautiful people. What a shame we couldn't proceed with this activity due to unfavourable weather conditions.
We decided to go Mountain Bike riding instead....What a hoot!
A wonderful day out with such passionate guides who love their country and love to share it's wonderful scenery and history!!
I am in great shape but it was way too long out in sea. The beach we had lunch at was rocks. But we did pass a great beach on the west side that went on for miles that i would have rather gtone and swam at.
