What a lovely day out!! And even with it being a long day it did not feel that way at all. The coach was comfortable and clean. The driver and guide well spoken and friendly. The guide was very knowledgable about the whole area we travelled through and even shared a few quirky stories. She spoke English and French fluently as well as her native laguage. I thought this to be really well done and she made the whole group feel included.
The views on the drive was amazing even with the high drops to the cliffs below and the narrow road We stopped in Ston and had enough time to walk around the town and explore a bit before driving onwards.
The ferry was clean, comfortable and well kept and manned. The timing of when and where to meet was well communicated and we did not have to wait at all.
I did not expect such a good introduction to Korcula and the short walking tour of the old city part but was pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Again our guide knew the area well and shared her information with us in a really nice way.
It was very unfortunate that being so early in the season not all the shops and restaurants were open yet. But the few that was had great service and good quality products. I had a lovely pasta lunch with an amazing view. I would love to return again and maybe see more of the whole island especially a bit later in the season when all the shops and restaurants are open.
On the return trip we stopped at a small winery and the owner gave us some history about the farm and his family together with the lovely wine we tasted and some local cheese. I thought this really concluded the day well and put everyone in a nice mood to go home and have some dinner when we get back.
The small size of the group really made it appealing to me as I do not like big groups so the whole experience was positive and enjoyable.
I will happily recommend this tour.
Amazing stunning Island, lots of time at leisure. The local guide was really good. Well worth It
Beautiful weather meant the trip along the coast was spectacular. Korcula a small, but interesting island. The guides were all terrific. They spoke excellent English - and German!
You cannot miss this trip. From the stop in Ston, to the village of Korcula, everything is amazing. I loved our guide in Korcula. She was funny and witty and gave us some excellent info. I had the best lunch there of my whole trip and I love that it was sitting sea side! Well organized and plenty of on your own time. It was perfect!!
A very enjoyable day. Andrea our guide was lovely as was our guide (also called Andrea) in Korcula, who was very informative and highly amusing. Korcula town is a lovely little spot. I am surprised no mention is made in the tour literature of the stop-off at Ston when just over into the Peljesac peninsla. It is an amazing place with the longest complete fortress walls around a town in Europe going right up the hillside - you get very good views with reflections if you pay a small amount to go into the salt pan area. I would rate this bit of the tour more highly than the wine cellar.
Korcula is a beautiful place and being relatively small, easy to get around in. There was plenty of time for lunch and wandering the town as well as a good guided tour to start. The local guide was excellent with a great repertoire of funny stories and comedy lines. She could have done a stint on stage! An added bonus to the tour was a stop off at Ston (with the spectacular walls!) on the way but sadly not enough time to explore the walls. The vineyard stop on the way back is also interesting. The only downside was that this was a mixed English/German tour and the repetition in 2 languages becomes tedious. Fortunately on Korcula itself the two language groups split up for local guiding.
The tour and the tour guide were fantastic. Very informative. Bus ride was very comfortable.
This day trip was first class. Excellent guide both on the coach and on Korcula. Korcula is a beautiful town and island well worth the trip. The wine tasting on the way back was very good as was the stop at Stom. It is a long day of travelling and sightseeing (11 hours in total) but very informative, interesting and good fun.
The guide on the coach was excellent , professional and accommodating. Everything went like clockwork. Very good value for money including door to door service. We shall certainly use Viator again.
We totally enjoyed this trip, it was very relaxing, perfect weather , fun people, Wonderful singers to entertain us. Very good guides, also fun to have our own time to explore the island. Loved the village and many choices of restaurants. The whole day wa enjoyable. so glad we went.
Fantastic, well planned and very enjoyable. The guide was excellent. Good value for money.
Very good excursion with lovely views on drive to Korcula. Local guide on the island was entertaining and just the right amount of time there. Even enjoyed the wine tasting stop which I wasn't sure about when booking.
Excellent tour and Tour Guide. Island of Korcula was lovely as was the tour and enough time to have a look around as well as lunch. Wine tasting tour on return trip to Dubrovnik was also good. Good value for money. Perth, Western Australia
We had a fantastic day visiting Korcula. The weather was hot and sunny and the scenery was stunning. Our tour guide was great and we certainly recommend this Viator trip.
An excellent trip with Davors an outstanding tour guide. The weather and scenery were superb and altogether a top-rate tour.
Excellent trip! Our guide, Ivana, was very pleasant and informative and made everyone feel welcome. Seats in the minivan were a bit small, but the ride was fine. Our driver was good.
We found the day trip to Korcula to be very interesting. The bus ride to the ferry had some stunning views of the Adriatic coastline. That alone made the trip worthwhile. Also, the guide gave us lots of interesting information on the bus.The ferry ride over to the Island of Korcula was short but beautiful. Once on the island, we were given a short guided tour and told what and where to find different things to see and do. We chose to eat a wonderful lunch along the promenade overlooking the sea, gorgeous! Then we went swimming in the sea, very fun. We enjoyed the free time on the island. On the return trip, we stopped at a winery for a tasting of about 6 wines. It was a big winery and they had a quaint shop to buy wine and gifts. The return trip stopped at Ston but didn't have enough time to really climb the ancient wall, but was interesting to look at. Some toured the salt pans and factory.
Then another ride along the beautiful coastline to Dubrovnik. Felt it was a very good value for the variety of things to do and the scenery alone!
Relaxing day with a coastal drive, ferry transfer and a nice lunch overlooking the sea from a cool, shaded terrace.
I loved the Korcula Tour from Dubrovnik. Absolutely one of the best tours I have taken. Our tour guide was very gracious and knowlegable. She was also very friendly and our bus stopped at a few different sites to allow us to take pictures and enjoy the secenery.

the visit to the winery was a great ending for this day! I truly recommend the wine Dingac! I regret having bought just 1 bottle....
We've been fortunate to have travelled widely. Korcula is truly a magical place and one of the very best and most beautiful places we've ever visited. The tour was great and as we have booked many Viator tours in the past, we will continue to do so, as they do not disappoint. Croatia is a "must-see" place for anyone who enjoys lovely people, good food and extraordinary sites!
