We were collected just outside of the Pile Gate of the Old Town (in which we had an apartment) on the time specified and transported to the airport in an immaculately presented Mercedes estate car. The driver was just as immaculate, was very helpful and courteous and spoke excellent English. We would use this service again without doubt.
Despite the flight being diverted to Split, the transfer was waiting for us at the Bus Station when we finally arrived in Dubrovnik almost 6 hours later - that was service!!

We had an airport transfer with Viator through Elite when we arrived and when we left. On each occasion the driver was on time, friendly, and the van was very clean and spacious. The price was very fair and I have no complaints whatsover.

Very pleasant driver who spoke good English. Prompt. Unfortunately there was no indication that he was our driver so we sat in the foyer of our hotel whilst he was already there - luckily we had plenty of time.
