Our 3-day tour that took us from Edinburgh to Isle of Skye on May 19, 2016, was a wonderful excursion with Keith as our guide. Seeing the Isle of Skye is well worth the trip. We also took a side tour with Isle of Skye Tours to see Dunvegan Castle. Beautiful
My 3 day Isle of Skye tour fulfilled my expectations - and more! While the scenery and the company's organization would have made the trip, our guide Audrey really topped it off. She was so energetic, knowledgeable and entertaining!
I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in spending 3 beautiful days in the Scottish highlands.
Fantastic tour. Perfect guide Nikki, smart, knowing, intelligent , with a perfect sense of humor.
Very best regards to him and to all Rubby team from me and my wife.
Thank you foe excellent job.

Great tour with Al. Beautiful views and Rosedale Hotel was wonderful.
My husband and I enjoyed this tour. Dougie was our driver/guide. He gave us the perfect mix of sites, history, and down time. It was a busy three days. We toured each day from 8:30am to around six each evening. The restaurants in Skye were very good and the people kind. One drawback- we stayed in the Tongadalespelling? hotel. It was clean and friendly but be advised it is college dorm living with dorm style rooms, VERY small bathroom, and noisy. We felt it was worth it to enjoy the trip.
This trip was awesome. I wish I had booked a longer visit. The Isle of Skye is amazing. Our guide, Stewart, was wonderful. The B and B was great. Really, my only regret is that I did not book a longer visit!
This was a wonderful tour, a great sampler of the highlights of Isle of Skye. Our tour guide, Al was knowledgable, professional, and entertaining. I would recommend this tour to friends.
This trip was well worth the money and we couldn't have asked for anything more than what we got! Our tour guide, Barney, was very nice and an excellent source of local knowledge. Thank to this trip we were able to see Skye in our short time in Scotland, and we truly felt like we covered a lot in our short time there. I highly recommend this trip for anyone who has time to spare in Scotland!
Our trip review will come in two parts... the Viator portion bad and the actual trip through Rabbies good!. The Bad: Viator - We booked a specific tour, and the tour ended up being completely different than what was listed on the Viator site / sent to us. One whole day said free day in Portree, but it was actually a tour day through Skye... that we almost missed if the guide didn't tell us! We also booked specific accommodations like a double bed for couples and ended up in a room with single beds. If I were you, I'd go directly through Rabbies!
The good: Rabbies was FANTASTIC. The tour ended up being far better than we hoped but wish we had the right itinerary in advance. Our guide was great though he didn't love us for having large suitcases and we heard about it a LOT. he took us to the most incredible places and we actually got time to BE there. Not just on and off the bus. Speaking of the bus, it's a smaller van and much more cozy than a huge bus. Again, we'd recommend you book through Rabbies and have a blast! The Isle of Skye was the absolute highlight of our trip!
Our tour guide, Daniel, was amazing. His knowledge of history, language, places and customs made the trip even more fabulous. Our overnight accommodations were wonderfully comfortable although a little far from town after a long day of hiking on the tour. I highly recommend the tour!
Absolute amazing tour! Lots of fun, knowledge from our guide, Michael. And the host of our accommodations, Angus, he' s so friendly and generous. Love all of this trip.
Excellent experience of essential Scotland in just 3 days. Our guide, Stevie, was outstanding!!
Fantastic trip booked through Viator! Great driver/guide. Beautiful scenery.
This was an amazing tour. Our guide was Arron and he made the whole thing amazing. He asked each of us what we were most looking forward to on our trip and really went out of his way to make that happen. We stayed out each day doing things until the sun went down. He even added in a whisky tasting trip for my boyfriend on the last day and I have to say it was definitely the highlight of his entire trip to Scotland. If you see this, thanks Arron! Long live Bussy McBusface! :
I absolutely loved the trip! I wholeheartedly recommend it. Our tour guide, Ewan, was wonderful and extremely informative. He also made sure we got to see plenty of sights and take photographs. He was the best!
Fantastic tour, which gives you the opportunity to see magnificent scenery! Our driver/tour guide, James, was great I even liked his corny jokes! and very knowledgable about the areas visited and the history behind them. The small group size is perfect 15 people on our tour so you don't have to worry about the logistics that go with larger groups. The B and B accommodation booked for me was excellent. The owner was very friendly and helpful. If you want to experience what the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye has to offer, this is definitely the tour to choose.
Had an amazing time would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Scotland.
Absolutely fantastic! Best part of my UK trip. The small size of the tour there were just 9 of us in late October and the relaxed itinerary meant that it didn't feel like a package tour at all! The scenery was just lovely throughout, and we got very lucky with the weather. The only quibble was that even though we got many chances to explore on our own, I was hoping for even more opportunities for hiking and walking in the wonderful dry! countryside.
I thought that this tour was great. Our guide, Audrey, told amazing stories and had musical interludes for us on the journey. One note, I wish I had known that this trip was being booked through the local tour operator. When I was deciding on what tour to book, I chose Viator because I had a great experience in Italy and wasn't familiar with the tour operator, even though the agency we booked our apartment through in Edinburgh was offering a 10 discount to book a tour with that same tour operator.
LOVE this trip! I wish I had more time to travel with Rabbie's more.
This tour was beyond amazing...the bus was very comfy, the driver/guide was very well prepared, very knowledgable and extremely friendly (Duncan). He showed us mind blowing scenery and helped us get around the small towns. The accommodation at the Woodpecker guest house was splendid as well.
This tour was the best part of our UK vacation!! Matt/ Matthew, our tour guide was second only to the beautiful Scottish scenery, in what made this trip so great. The tour itself a 3 day teaser of Scotland's history, music, myths and legends, and the landscape. Matt's 'havering' provided us invaluable vignettes about Scottish culture, both old and new ... and his perfectly timed Scottish music was the cherry on top of the cake. Angus' B and B was amazing - the room, the breakfast, and the pleasant company, really made our stay exceptional! This was our first organized tour, and I believe Matt, Angus and the tour operator have set the bar really high for all our future experiences. I would highly recommend this tour to all first time Scotland visitors!
This was a great trip. Daniel, our tour guide, is extremely knowledgable about the history of the Highlands and brought the beautiful landscape's fascinating past to life.
excellent, excellent--every part of it, except the weather, of course, which was cool and rainy. Did not prevent the trip from being fantastic.
