Thank you Ross!! We had a great 5 day trip through the Highlands and Skye with you! What a great experience and perfect weather!
Great tour. Scotland is beautiful country. Loved B and B experience.
The tour was everything we hoped for - and more. From the organization of the local contact to the fantastic tour guide to the size and make-up of the group - this was a tour that we'd highly recommend. And, it goes without saying that the sites throughout the Highlands and Isle of Skye are breathtaking at every turn.
the trip was wanderful and interesting
In my eyes, the trip was just perfect and I recommend it to anybody who wants to get a good overview of Scotland. The highlight was our guide Neil who did a brilliant job and gave an amazing background on Scottish history, culture and music.
When I shared my impressions of this trip with friends their comments were like “looks like you’ve found your country.” And that’s really true. I've travelled al over the world but the Highlands is the place where my heart stays. A special thanks for all that goes to our guide James. He is very passionate about his country, its people, land and history. Each day on this trip brought an unforgettable experience supported by a good story or tale. James made us feel a part of this proud heritage. The trip was very well-thought and organized with a good choice of B and B and hotels to stay for a night. Thanks again to James and Rabbie’s for the lifetime memories.

James was an outstanding driver/guide. He gave a great background on Scot history/folklore and elimated many tourist traps. Be prepared for 9am-6/7pm days. We saw a lot of the Highlands and Isle of Skye despite rainy/overcast weather. Hotel in Inverness was 1 1/2-2mi. out of city center but nice and food good. Hotel on Skye right on water front/habour w/fantastic view. Ate a lot of great fish meals.
Awesome tour!! Our guide/driver Mr. Richard was superb, very punctual, knowledgable. The places, sights and scenery we saw are unmatchable, our accommodation was B and B, and it was really comfortable. If you have the time: Don't think again!!!!
Excellent. Eddie is an awesome guide. The hotels could have been better.
The scenery was stunning and the guide fantastic. We would highly recommend this tour.
Interesting, competent and accommodating driver, beautiful scenery and good B&Bs. You should, however, warn that dinner and shopping require a walk to town (sometimes long, dark and uphill) for those in B&B facilities. Great trip and we highly recommend it!

I can't say nothing else but what a wonderful journey Our guide showed us the most beautiful places in the highlands and told us a lot about Scottish history. The group was a totally mixture of every age and nationality and we had a lot of fun together.. To put it into a nutshell I would choose viator again and again.. -
Neil, our guide was fantastic. Always "present" and wanting to please everyone - difficult as ages ranged from mid 20's to mid 60's but he did it. At the end of the tour he played his bagpipes in his kilt with the mountains as a backdrop. What a treat! Always entertaining and informative and he took us to some amazingly breathtaking places.Wonderful variety of landscapes with just enough castles and lochs thrown in. Enjoyed accommodation in Ullapool but disappointed in Portree but Neil managed to sort this out for me. The Highland Tour was the highlight of my 4 weeks away which included Italy for 2 wks and Edinburgh for a week. Caroline
Eric was an excellent driver and provided very interesting commentary. I felt 5 days was a bit long but perhaps that was because the weather (and therefore scenery) wasn't the best. I would like to see Stirling Castle included. The B and Bs were great. A good easy-paced tour geared for over-40s. The Scottish music played in the bus was enjoyable but areas of awesome beauty required silence.
