Enjoyed the storytelling of the guide, but felt there could have been a little more content, i.e., a few more stories or a few more places to view. Not much between Hunters Square and St Marys Street and from there to the Canongate graveyard as we did pass a few places of interest. But we did enjoy the evening. The guide was very good.

Our guide was very entertaining and a very good SCREAMER! The rain added to the atmosphere well; it was summer in Edinburgh. The underground vaults were interesting, although I was disappointed we didn't spend more time in there and learn more about them. It was an entertaining night, and we would recommend it.

Please stop the use of flash cameras and phones. They were distracting and annoying in the the dark tunnels.

It is something that must be done when in Edinburgh. It's both interesting and funny, with a fantastic tour guide. There could have been a few more ghost stories, but on the whole, it was great.

A crowd of us from work went as a Christmas night out and we had a great time. The guide was well informed and shared the stories well and gave us a few frights. Would do it again and recommend to all who like to be spooked.

The vaults were good, but graveyard could have been better.

It was definitely worth doing, as it was Halloween the tour was a bit crowded. I'd be very interested, in future, in booking a more one-on-one tour to explore Edinburgh underground.

Very informative...thought it would have been scarier.

Really enjoyed the ghost tour. The stories told definitely had a ring of the possible about them and ending the evening in a graveyard talking about the grave robbers was spooky!!! Lots of dubious noises - give it a go!

Interesting and fun but would have preferred to end up near the same place we started. Wasn't sure how to get back.

There was a team of us and we made a night of it. Having a meal, going for a few drinks and then the walk. It was good, we then had a few more drinks before heading back to Glasgow.

Firstly, the constant taking of photos by other members of the group completely ruined the atmosphere - how many photos can one take of bricks? Secondly, the itinerary and reviews for this tour mentioned that it finished in a graveyard. We did not visit the graveyard at all on our tour. I thought at first that this was due to our choosing the earlier start time, but having returned home and checked the itinerary, it definitely states the visit to the graveyard is part of the tour. On chatting with the guide before we started, he pointed to Mary King's Close and said, "I will be taking you there." This was a lie, he just stopped nearby and told us about it. We actually paid to go there the following day and it was well worth the money, unlike what we spent on a partial version of the one advertised for this trip.

The guide was very good and entertaining, and the stories all well told, but I was disappointed with the lack of streets and vaults we went through. I did imagine there to be a lot more areas to see, I think we just viewed 3 different places. I do realise it was a large group, but this should have been considered beforehand and perhaps split in two.
