We thought this was part of the hop on and hop off tour and it is not. It is a pass more for certain sites which we were not interested in.

totally disappointed with the Edinburgh pass as you only got a discount on entry, i would not recommend this pass to any one, the Dublin pass got you lots of free entry

Edinburgh beautiful, amazing, exciting, awe-inspiring, very hilly and very much worth visiting. In fact it is a must! However, the day pass was of very little use to my party because all the places we wanted to visit were either closed or had extremely long queues which, on a day pass, did not make any sense. Ended up having to pay for the hop-on hop-off bus which was much better value!
