Appreciated the stories told by our driver. Even though this should be obvious, there should be a warning forbidding alcohol on the bus. Our trip had a young Russian whose main purpose in life was staying drunk and he caused a few problems on our trip.

Wonderful tour guide - very knowledgeable, entertaining and considerate.

It was a great tour, and we were only in Scotland for two days so this gave us a chance to see a great deal of the countryside. The tour bus was very nice and clean, and the tour guide was charming and knowledgeable.

It was very nice. You definitely get your money's worth.

We spent too much time stopping and take photographs on trip through the Highlands. Two stops is fine, but five times is just too much. The driver was very good and the bus was good, even though the other Mercedes bus with us broke down.

The guide talked the entire tour, he was in love with his own voice. When he was not talking, he played music that was not age appropriate for the medium age of the people in the group.

The tour itself of the Scottish Highlands was great. The tour guide was fantastic. That part I would highly recommend. The customer service was horrible. I needed to change reservations, but you can never get a hold of them until it is too late, then they tell you too bad. I had to pay for 2 trips, because their customer service wasn't available for me to cancel the first trip, so I could re-book a second trip on a different day.

The minicoach was very old. There were no handles in the doorway to assist with getting in and out, and the bottom retractable step did not work. The driver was only a part-time driver, and was not as friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable as some of the drivers we've had on other trips. We were not told in advance that we would be dropped off at a different place than our central pickup location, and we were left at a stop that required considerable walking to get anywhere. We had thought we would get more personal service with the minicoach and were sadly disappointed.

It's just a drive to Loch Ness, without great stops, so you can't see much else. It's like you watching television with all this driving. Sorry, can't recommend it.
