The tour was well organized and we got plenty of photo opportunities. The only downside which is no fault of the tour company was a family which included two kids and a screaming infant that kept holding the group up, which left us with about 15 minutes to eat lunch, see Urquhart Castle and get on the ferry for the Loch Ness cruise, which made our combined castle/cruise tickets not as worthwhile as they should have been. The tour itself, I highly recommend.

We had a GREAT trip. Our driver was fantastic and the motor coach very comfortable. We loved the stop in Glen Coe and Loch Ness is just awesome. We took the optional cruise on the loch which was great fun. We got a stop in Inverness too, great shops. All in all a really good tour. Highly recommended!

Beautiful scenery, well planned itinerary eg Urquhart Castle, Loch Ness.

Good tour overall however, I felt the stop at Urquhart Castle was too short.

More time at the exhibit or the stop would be good. There was a LONG drive with little time to enjoy the stops.

We got to see more and do more than we could have if we drove ourselves. The driver's knowledge and assistance allowed us to enjoy the whole experience. He filled in any gaps the commentary missed. All in all, a great day out.

I wish we could have toured Urquhart Castle, in lieu of the time allotted for the Glencoe Visitor Center. But overall it was a great tour and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Scotland.

Itinerary was not as described. We did not visit Pitlochery, and driver said he knew nothing about this even though it was the main reason we chose this tour. We wanted to meet people there. Instead we were taken to a coffee and souvenir shop where we think the driver was on a decent commission.

Very long day. You spend half an hour in the castle at Loch Ness, which is not nearly enough, and then half an hour on Loch Ness, an hour in Inverness and about 30 minutes and 45 minutes each in some tourist trap stopovers. In between, you drive through some of the best views in Scotland, but with only one photo stop in Glencoe, we were left feeling somewhat disappointed.

Unfortunately, this is a really long day. At the start of the day, we went up into the highlands; the bus was very bumpy, and we didn't feel very well, and normally I'm a very good traveller. I was disappointed we did not stop in Fort William, and I was left guessing which mountain was Ben Nevis when the audio guide gave a description. You would really want to spend a few days up in the highlands to take in the beauty. Loch Ness is spectacular; I don't think I have ever been on a lake like it. The water looked really black, very unusual. I felt there was too much time on the bus and we were flying past monuments the audio guide was talking about. I was disappointed with the driver when we made a stop in Pitlochry and we only by accident found the walk to the dam, which is beautiful. The driver assumed everyone was going to eat there. The driver could have suggested places of interests in Inverness as our time was limited, but he didn't. We spent too much time on the bus.

This was the worst tour I have ever been on. It was basically a hot and stuffy bus ride for the entire day. The head sets did not work. The driver's driving made me nauseous. The highlight of the tour was Loch Ness. We viewed it from afar and literally stopped for a mere 10 minutes, barely enough time for a toilet break. I would not recommend this tour at all.
